Located in gorgeous Tellico Village... Three PGA Championship golf courses within 10 minutes with reasonable rates. Home is 3 minutes from pavilion and beach area for relaxing and floating in the lake. Private home with large upper deck for grilling and dining outside... Sip wine near the cozy gas outdoor fire pit located on the upper deck. Main floor has three bedrooms and two full size bathrooms. Large open living area with comfy L shaped sofa. Dining table that seats 6. Full kitchen with bar that seats 2. Huge pantry with washer and dryer. Lower level has one bedroom with one full bathroom. Comfortable L shaped sofa and high top bar for eating while watching tv. Kitchenette that includes a full size refrigerator and large microwave. Lower level patio has a private hot tub for maximum relaxation. Twin size bed swing on this patio is a great place for reading or an afternoon nap. There is also a charcoal grill located on the patio level.
The backyard has a large fire pit area for roasting marshmallows.

We enjoyed our brief stay. It was close to my Father-in-law who lives in Telico Village. Lynn was very flexible and allowed us to check-in early which was really helpful since we had groceries in tow. We didn’t stay much at the property but it was spacious for two couples and two children.

Nice house

Nice accommodations however I recommend the master bedroom have access to a closet or a dresser. There was no place to unpack or hang clothing.The master bathroom sink did not drain. We pointed it out to the owner however, the problem continued throughout our visit.

Cozy House

The house was clean, plenty of room for 4 guys, and it was close to the village courses. It was exactly what we were looking for!

Close to being a perfect stay

I really wanted to love this home.Pros: The host had excellent communication and the home is adorable. There was plenty of room for everyone. Host was flexible with an early check in. Well stocked kitchen.Cons: No access to the closet in the master bedroom. No dresser/shelves in two bedrooms (master and front bedroom). The house was clean except the cleaner must have forgotten to clean the main bathroom shower (I was able to quickly clean it so it wasn't a problem for us). All easy fixes.

Loudon house

Perfect place with family. Upstairs with two bedrooms and bathrooms and downstairs with another two bedrooms and one bathroom. Lynn is great with communication and had everything for our toddler!

Property worn and dirty

This property looks much better in pictures. The couches and carpets are all very worn and dirty. There are only 2 chairs at the dining room table and it was too hot to eat outside in August. The floorboards downstairs were loose and it smelled like cleaning supplies our entire stay. Overall disappointed

Enjoy the wildlife

We were visited by deer, foxes and birds. Loved sitting in the hot tub and watching nature. This was a great setup for our two families. Nice to put the little ones down stairs watching a movie while the adults enjoyed the outside deck with an adult beverage.

Family trip

The house was clean, nicely styled, and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The whole place was very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood, close enough to everything we needed. The host was always very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay there again, if we venture that way again.

Property pluses and minuses

Overall the size of the property was very good but main living furniture was dirty and warn. Bathroom showers were not clean. Dining area only had 4 chairs for a house that sleeps 8. Hopefully these items can be corrected and then it would be great rental.

We mainly just slept here because we golfed all day, but the house was perfect for what we needed. We would stay here again.

Family Wedding Weekend

This property fit our needs well as to amenities and location. A family member was getting married nearby and a number of couple were able to stay comfortably. The home was beautiful, especially the landscaping. The constructive feedback is that the property was not as clean as I am used to with VRBO properties.

Great Getaway

The location is great for hanging out, golfing or going to see the sites. Plenty of room for 8. Parking is limited but the host is willing to offer suggestions to accomodate. Shebwas quick to answer all questions.
