Situated within walking distance to the beach, beautiful 6 bedroom / 4.5-bathroom home offers the perfect coastal retreat for your next St. Simons Island Vacation. Featuring two open porches out front that span the entire length of the home as well as a large screened in porch overlooking the pool, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or sipping cocktails as the sun sets over the horizon.

Step inside and be captivated by the coastal charm. The formal dining room offers an elegant setting for gatherings and meals, and the spacious living room is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and relaxation, offering seating for everyone to unwind after a day of exploring the island.

The Primary Bedroom Suite is on the main floor overlooking the private pool. The large bedroom has a king bed, and access to the screened in porch. There is a walk-in closet, along with a huge primary bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double sinks. Also, on the main floor guests will find a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed.

On the second floor, guests will find four additional bedrooms. Two with king beds, one with a queen, and the fourth with two twins and a bonus game room space.

With its prime location on East Beach, this property is an ideal choice for those seeking a coastal getaway. Whether you are lounging by the pool, strolling along the sandy shores, or exploring the charming surroundings, you will find endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure.

New Year's Family Fun at St Simons Island

Our family of nine had a wonderful week on St Simons Island. The house was excellent and we so enjoyed the heated pool and spa. As always, walking that amazing beach was wonderful.We look forward to coming again.

Outdoor living was amazing

This house was an absolute dream for our group of 10! Tucked away within walking distance of East Beach, it offered the perfect blend of relaxation and fun. Three ensuite bedrooms ensured privacy for a large group, and the pool views were breathtaking! But the real star of the show was the backyard. The private screened porch, shuffleboard table, pool and hot tub, outdoor gas fire pit, and 8 poolside lounge chairs provided a true oasis for sunbathing and relaxation. Overall, this house exceeded our expectations and we will be back next year!

Best house on East Beach!!

We've stayed in many St. Simons Island rentals, but this one takes the cake! The minute we stepped inside, we were wowed. The immaculate space was beautifully furnished with a modern elegance that felt both stylish and comfortable. Unlike some rentals that feel cramped, this house offered plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and relax. The true star of the property, however, was the private backyard. Unlike neighboring homes, this one provided complete privacy, allowing us to truly unwind. The pool was a huge selling feature, and the pictures don't do it justice! It was much bigger than expected, perfectly clean, and incredibly inviting. The teens especially loved having a professional shuffleboard in the screened room and the corn hole to keep them entertained. The location was another major perk. Situated just a few houses down from the 9th street beach access, we could easily walk back and forth from the beach without any hassle. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return!

Wow! Amazing Stay

Our recent stay was spectacular. From arrival, we were greeted by this stunning home and the fresh sea breeze, setting the tone for an unforgettable vacation experience. We were pleasantly surprised the layout and décor were exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen is a chef's dream, with state-of-the-art appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals. We loved gathering around the expansive island to enjoy breakfast with views of the glistening pool and screened in porch. Each bedroom in this house is a haven, featuring comfortable beds and luxurious linens that ensure a restful night's sleep. My large family was ecstatic to find Wi-Fi service reaching throughout the house. A highlight of our stay was the screened outdoor deck, complete with overstuffed lounge furniture and shuffleboard. We spent countless hours soaking up the sun and sipping cocktails from the heated pool. The location couldn't be better – steps from the sandy beach, allowing us to easily access swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing activities. We also appreciated the convenience of having shops, restaurants, and local attractions within a short drive Our experience at this rental was exceptional. It provided the perfect combination of luxury, cleanliness, comfort, and relaxation, making it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a beach getaway. We can't wait to return and create more cherished memories. We highly recommend!

Incredible Escape for the Family!

My family’s stay was a true escape. The home is exceptionally clean and the perfect blend of southern charm and modern comfort. We loved the front porch rocking chairs - ideal for morning coffee or drinks at sunset. Inside, the cottage is as described in the listing, tasteful coastal decor, and comfortable furnishings. The living area is cozy, with plenty of seating for lounging after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped to prepare multiple meals. We appreciated thoughtful touches – an abundance of glass, dinner, and service wear- we weren’t stuck washing after every meal. Wi-Fi was throughout, including the pool deck for music. Each bedroom has a unique charm- beds were comfortable, linens were soft, and towels were plentiful- important for pool days. The highlight was the outdoor space, surrounded by greenery for privacy and a large, screened deck -perfect for meals or unwinding with a book. The ability to heat the pool prior to our arrival was a total gamechanger - we started vacation immediately with a swim! The location is a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rental management team was quick to respond, ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive. It was a great setting for a peaceful getaway and are already planning our next trip. We recommend this rental to anyone seeking an easy, enjoyable experience.

Family gathering

This home is absolutely beautiful! Our group of 12 family members plus an infant had plenty of room with some to spare. It was extremely clean and well stocked with all the necessities for a vacation. The only logistical challenge was the second bedroom on the first floor (non primary bedroom) did not have a convenient bathroom to use as the half bath is off the kitchen, but we figured a solution that worked. Otherwise with three bedrooms including its own bathroom and two bedrooms sharing one, it was very convenient. We loved the screened in porch for coffee in the morning and wine/cocktails at night. The pool has plenty of chairs for sunbathing/relaxing and faces perfectly the sun during prime hours. There are no beach towels or coolers so be sure to bring your own. The beach is not too far away but was a challenge from our street with construction so we just went down a couple blocks to enter more easily. It was not convenient for older ppl in our group, for them we went to the beach entrance at the coast guard station. We loved having a second fridge in the laundry room for all beverages! We did have challenges with the ice maker and ice makers in the refrigerators so we just bought bags of ice. We received a credit for beach rental gear which was nice so we rented 6 lounge chairs (the company dropped off and picked up) otherwise the property does not have beach chairs. We did reach out about a few small items that were handled promptly by the mgmt company.

Flawless East Beach Stay

We will stay here annually moving forward. Finally, a rental manager that is easy. We booked online, completed paperwork, received communications via text/email about arrival and house info. They gave a lock code for the entire stay and checked in and out without stopping at an office. This house was clean- new construction clean. We get antsy about a “new” vacation rental- is it like the pictures? Are the beds the right size? Everything about this was spot on- the description was accurate. Kiddos were pumped to have Wi-Fi everywhere. Favorite thing: House location- you’re tucked away in a quite neighborhood. A block west my dad, husband and son went marsh fishing each morning, the girls slept in. A block east the whole family enjoyed the beach during the day. Returning to a heated pool each afternoon was a great way to relax. We took tuns going to the Village/Pier or the Arnold Road area for all meals Family favorite was ice cream after dinner and watching the fishermen pull up catches at the pier. We found this idea on the rental company’s guest portal. It was filled with information on the house specifically (Wi-Fi info, lock codes, +) plus suggestions on restaurants and area activities. The home was laid back- Plenty of everything, silverware, wine glasses, towels, blankets, pillows, without feeling cluttered. We visit St. Simons as a family annually. In comparison to other recent rentals, this property is the best value for cost we’ve found. We are excited to return
