Lot of maintenance issues.
We stayed at this property for 3 nights for a family of 3. Sam was very prompt in responding to all our questions. Apartment as in a reasonable location, which allowed us to commute to the Convention Center. We had requested for early check-in, bun instead we had to wait a little bit beyond even usual check out. This was due to the fact that previous renter had not late check out. Three bedroom set up was nice and mattresses were comfortable. However, apartment needs lot of repairs. The cleaning was done in a hurry. Microwave had food splatters and the dishwasher had dirty dishes. Dishwasher was not in a working condition. We tried to switch the outlet but we had no luck starting it. So we only used 3 clean dishes and 3 cups during our stay, as most of our meals were outside. We were unable to use the master bedroom as some of the panels in the vertical blinds were missing and so the room had a lot of light from outside sources (sunlight during the day and street/car lights at night). Same is the case with the blinds in the living room. It is apparent that the owner/manager/cleaning person are aware of this, as we found the broken blind panels in couple of shelves. Fan or vent in the master bedroom was noisy too. So we used the 2nd bedroom. The AC unit in that bedroom also needs repair, as it keeps making loud noise every 2-3 hours that last for 15-30 seconds. Very disturbing in the middle of the night. Also, we noticed that not all electrical outlets seemed to work properly.
