This is Downtown San Diego, so this unit is in an urban area. This area is safe and completely harmless, BUT there is a homeless crisis in San Diego. If at any point you feel uncomfortable with any homeless people in the area, we will provide a number you can call where someone will come and remove any homeless near the property: Clean and Safe San Diego

Your unit is located in a building on the new walking promenade on 5th Ave! The city has added poles in the ground to prevent cars from driving north or south on 5th Ave, so please plan accordingly. We will send you a map of all the cross streets and parking locations that you can access in the area. We are sure you will love the fact that you can walk to so many great attractions!
