great location. i would stay on upper level next time as it kept me up the walking from the upstairs.

Review on my stay

I was not impressed with my stay. Unfortunately it was not clean, the beds were not comfortable, and there was a roach that we had to kill. Other than those issues the location was perfect and the pool was lovely and clean.

We're truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly in regard to cleanliness, comfort, and the pest issue you encountered. This is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold. Please know that we take your concerns seriously. Since your stay, we have made changes to improve the guest experience, including switching to a new pest control company to address the issue you mentioned. We are also in the process of refreshing the unit with new furniture to enhance both comfort and appearance. TV did not work, no blankets, no hairdryer until nice handyman corrected these things. Minimum essentials in the kitchen and live cockroach in the kitchen drawer.Management is not responsible. The owners should be ashamed!

These items were not up to our standards, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Our team and handyman addressed the TV, hairdryer, and additional linens during your visit, and we’ve since reviewed the kitchen inventory and completed a pest treatment to ensure this does not happen again. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we’re actively working with the homeowners to make improvements. We truly appreciate the opportunity to correct these concerns

Absolutely unacceptable to do not visit this property

For starters, there were no signs telling us where to park, only signs saying where not to... Due to this, we waited several hours just to get an answer which created anxiety, As we were nervous about going anywhere due to us not not knowing if our car would be towed. Not enough blankets, it was cold. The television wouldn't work, Batteries were dead in the remote. Finally, a 1/2 a day before we're checking out, they dropped off blankets on the doorstep. However, they did not knock, so we did not know they were there. It was dirty. I will not ever go back!! Don't waste your money!!! Then they continually asked me to take pictures of the television of the remote control of the signs out front to make their job easier. I was on vacation with my son, And as I told them it was not my responsibility period!!
