Just listed!! 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home. Only 1 mile from Mayo and 3 miles from Jacksonville Beach. The home is all one level. The kitchen was just remodeled with all new appliances. 2 living rooms. All bedrooms have smart TV's with cable in living rooms and primary bedroom. Large covered porch. New tiki bar with ac, mini fridge, couch, tv for streaming, and bar seating. Gas BBQ grill and many pool/beach items provided. Just one house away from Isle of Palms park.
Queen air mattress located in main bedroom closet.

POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Great Location, Excellent Communication

We are in Tampa and made a last minute reservation to here as part of us evacuating Hurricane Milton. This was one of the few places on VRBO that allowed last minute booking. The place is in great condition and had a bunch of new updates. It had an air conditioned shed/tiki bar thing that was an excellent place to work away from the house. It is also one house over from a pretty big park.

Best location for MAYO

I highly recommend this location for MAYO patients to convalesce. Husband had an organ transplant n it was best choice by price, with MAYO discount, location,1 mile from MAYO, stores, and a bedroom for each for germ purposes. We had to rent a recliner which was a Godsend but pool was excellent reprieve for caregivers. I recommend this for long term stay for patient n families.

Amazing Place

I’m so happy that I found this listing this was the best rental property that I’ve ever used great price and good value. I thought that I was going to need to go to the store and grab things everything was there ready and available to use. If I could I would give this a higher rating than 5 stars!!!!!

Peaceful for Mayo trip

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay! House was well stocked and we didn’t need anything extra and it was great! They had it all! The only criticism is that it did come across that every room had a tv in it based on the pictures and 2 of the 3 bedrooms did not and that was the number two priority on our list. First priority was the private pool. Which again pictures made it seem bigger but the pool was great overall just was much smaller than we anticipated. Otherwise we loved the house! We had 2 tween boys and a five year old with my husband and I and it was great for us! The tweens stayed in the tiki bar area and made it their own apartment for the week which was awesome for them and us!! Thanks we had a blast!

Quiet and peaceful

House was in a quiet neighborhood and close to many great stores and the beach. The pool was perfect. We stayed here for a week after a procedure at the Mayo Clinic. It was great to rest and recoup in this home.

Great little house and nice neighborhood

We loved this house!! It had everything we needed. The pool was a big plus for my grandsons. They also enjoyed watching tv in the tiki hut. It was close to Mayo Clinic where I had several appointments. And the drive to the beach wasn’t far. I would definitely recommend. And I would also stay here again. And Welcome Home were very nice also.

Great place to stay. 5 minutes from Mayo Clinic. Pool is nice. Pool person came right out to fix the pump.House was clean. .

Our family was comfortable. The pool was a blessing for me recovering from a procedure at the Mayo clinic. This place is so close to Mayo. We will definitely be booking another stay in 3 years! Please keep this property available to rent. What a blessing.

Nice house and pool!

We stayed the month of February and enjoyed every minute! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, there’s a park two doors down, and the house is well equipped. In fact, this was the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen in our many travels. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Close to great restaurants (Marker 32 and Dockside), five minutes from Publix, and close to the beach and shopping. A+!

Palms Bungalow

This property was just what we needed. Everything was clean, check in easy, comfortable bed, and fully stocked kitchen. The pool was amazing and the temperature just right thanks to Mike for my arthritis and for my 4 month old grandson. Having 2 living areas as well as a screened in Florida room was great! Location was perfect for us. Ten minutes from my son’s house and the beach. There is a park close by also. We throughly enjoyed our stay and our pups loved the fenced in back yard. We will be back.

Clean and quiet

My family (me, husband, my Mom, and my maltipoo) enjoyed our stay very much. We were actually in the area because my husband is being transferred to St. Augustine, and we were house hunting. The house is impeccably clean, and we had brand new towels upon our arrival. There is also a brand new, full size washer and dryer located in the garage, which I appreciated very much. The pool is lovely, and we enjoyed a relaxing swim daily. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and well located near shopping and restaurants. The property managers are very responsive. They even came to check to make sure the garbage was at the curb. We were in town when Hurricane Idalia came through, and the property managers were great about answering our questions and addressing our concerns. My only suggestion is that the house could use more lighting. The host relies on overhead lighting, and there are very few table lamps. On stormy/cloudy days or at night, it was very dim in the house unless you were directly by the few table lamps that are there. As far as criticisms go, that is a minor complaint. We had a great stay, and you can't go wrong choosing this rental.

Great little getaway

My husband and I took a little last minute getaway without kids and left the chaos of life behind for just a day or two..it was cozy and inviting, the pool is beautiful. This house made me miss my kiddos.. 😍

Mini vacation

The house was cute and just what we needed for surgery recover. My husband had a procedure at the Mayo and I wanted to be close for a couple of days but also had a family and pet to bring along so we wanted to make it relaxing for all. The pool was basic and just enough to cool off. The house was great and layed out nicely with plenty of TV’s. The washing machine didn’t spin but we survived. The neighborhood is busy but great sidewalk for exercising and dog walking. It was nice to get away for a few days and enjoy the sun while my patient recovered.

Well Sticked Home

The home has everything you need besides food. We used the gas grill and ran out of propane and they had another tank there already. The owners stock extra EVERYTHING. Great location as well.

great dog friendly home

This home is immaculate on the inside, and provides more amenities than most homes I've stayed in. Excellent communication with owners and very well managed property. Pool on the small side, but we never had a chance to utilize it on this trip, anyway. There is a small washer/dryer in the single car garage (detergent provided), along with some beach chairs that I assume guests can use. Short drive to Jax beach. Two doors down from a small park with playground, tennis courts, picnic shelter, and short (0.2 mi) sidewalk loop around perimeter of park. Looked like they might have food trucks parked there some Thursday evenings. Home is on a fairly busy side street, but there is a sidewalk on one side, and there are speed humps every so often. We never had any trouble backing out of the driveway. I would stay here again.
