Clean, very comfortable private bedroom and private bathroom in a shared home with a pool plus hot tub, only 10 miles from the beach! The room has a king bed, 65-inch 4K smart TV, dedicated workspace/desk with an office chair, 5 drawer tall dresser, two side tables, and comfy leather swivel recliner chair. Guests will occasionally share common areas with others in the home including the full kitchen, living room, in-home laundry and dining space.

You'll have easy access to Port St. Lucie, Jensen Beach, Stuart, and Fort Pierce. A nice community park is in close walking distance (field, playground, pond). The Port District/Botanical Gardens/Pioneer Park is 6 mins away (beautiful boardwalk, large playground, outdoor events). River Park Marina is 3 miles away (boat ramps, hiking trail, playground). The FL Turnpike is 1.5 miles away. The Treasure Coast Mall is less than 5 miles away. Lots more too!

Great, very safe neighborhood – right across/down the street from the police station, city hall, and community center! Lots of grocery, food and shopping nearby. Grocery Stores: Publix <5 mins, Walmart <8 mins, BJs/Sam’s Club <9 mins. Fast Food: Dominos, Tropical Smoothie, Dunkin, Taco Bell, Pop Eyes, Burger King, Wendy's, KFC all <3 mins, Canes/Chick-fil-A <12 mins away. Sit Down Restaurants include Mexican, BBQ, American, Italian, Chinese, Venezuelan, Japanese, etc. A great ice cream place just up the street too!

Please note: this is a private bedroom and bathroom within a shared home. Other rooms may be occupied. I look forward to hosting you!

Our stay at Davids place was perfect! David was a great host and excellent communicator. Location was an easy drive to the waterfront in Port St Lucie and Fort Pierce. Many close grocery stores. Pool and hot tub was a bonus!! Would definately stay again.

Fantastic host and excellent property!

David's home is very clean, with up-to-date interior decorating that is really attractive and calming. The screened in pool is lovely to use and relaxing just to watch from the dining area. The electronic keyless entry is the best I've ever experienced! Same for the washer and dryer. And David is such a wonderful person and REALLY cares that you are comfortable. He responded very quickly the couple of times I texted. And he met me at check in which I really appreciated.

David was a great host and the property was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that sharing the common areas with other residents in the home was a little awkward at times.
