This darling home away from home enjoys a central location within walking distance of tax-free outlet shopping and near fantastic outdoor activities (skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and floating). White Mountain National Forest is seven miles away while Story Land is nine miles away.

This first-floor retreat offers a cozy open floor plan that effortlessly combines all living spaces into one. The living room provides you with an inviting place to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones - stream your favorite shows on the smart TV or break out any of the provided board games for an exciting evening at home. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials to prepare savory and memorable meals for your guests, including a dishwasher that will make cleaning up a breeze. Very comfortable place

We stayed from April 6-8 and loved the location tucked behind Settlers Green shopping center. The kitchen and living room were spacious with a nice sitting area and fireplace. The beds were comfy. The parking lot had lots of potholes to dodge but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location and Convenience

Our family stayed at this small condo for a weekend trip to Story Land. The location couldn’t have been better…within walking distance to the outlets and multiple restaurants. Overall what you see is what you get in the listing. Bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner upon our arrival but nothing to the point where I wouldn’t stay here again. If you’re looking for an affordable spot to stay in Conway, this is pretty darn good.

Good value

We chose to stay here because we have a baby and wanted room for him to run around versus a hotel room. For the price this place is great! It has all the basics. My only two issues with cleanliness was one, the couch is pretty old and gross and two, the bathtub had dirt or something that would come out of the drain. The kitchen was very nice though. I would stay here again and recommend.

Comfortable and convenient location

Comfortable place. Only problem was that we did not have hot water. Tried to communicate, but no one assisted us. Finally figured out that a fuse blew. It blew each day, so we had to reset. We had no follow up. That was disappointing.

We had problems trying to watch TV because of no connection to the internet on second day, by accident we found out the light switch in the master bedroom had to be on because if was off it cut the power to the modem. It would be nice if we were told of that, found out about it by accident

Property just ok. Window air conditioners worked ok. Lock on door funky. Noisy upstairs at night. Fire alarm across the way woke us up around midnight on Saturday. Road to property in pretty bad shape. Spiders inside property. Definately not worth the money.

My husband surprise birthday gift

I booked this beautiful condo for a surprise weekend for my husband. The home itself was set up beautifully. It had high-end countertops, high-end cabinets and the bed were extremely comfortable. it had everything I would need if I wanted to cook in the house. But instead, my husband and I enjoyed all the local restaurants in North Conway we did not have a bad food experience where ever we went. I loved where this condo was located because it was really right behind the shopping outlets. I’m gonna tell you for the girls who wish to get away for a girls shopping weekend would absolutely love this place. I do like that it offered Netflix, however a suggestion would be maybe just set it up with the Roku stick that way we as customers would have other choices for different apps. my husband, and I would definitely stay here again

Stay away

As you drive back to this unit I can't believe Vrbo would allow a place like this on there site. Outside of unit is dirty. Junk piled up under staircase by our unit.wooden beams rotted. Grass overgrown sidewalk going to sidewalk to the unit. Bathtub had mold and dirt on floorboard. Scratches on floorboards and doors throughout. In the one bedroom the TV goes off when you turn off the lights. Let alone you just feel unsafe here.

Just driving back to the unit you felt unsafe. Wooden beams at parking we're all rotted. Junk was piled up under the staircase by our unit. Dirt on the outside of unit. Grass and weeds overgrown sidewalk leading to sidewalk to unit. Door locked funny. Inside at first site it doesn't look bad till you really look. Scratches and dirt on baseboards. Bathtub had mold. Baseboards in bathroom have dirt and scratchs..Closet doors all scratched up. One of the bedrooms when you turn the lights off the TV goes off too. Overall unsafe feeling due to the area.AWFULL
