The condo was clean with plenty of towels for showering. All the beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. This is our second time staying here and we love the first floor convenience as well as the location.

This condo is exceptionally beautiful and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We stayed in early October to attend the Fryeburg Fair in Maine, so no skiing. I would highly recommend this condo - several reasons: quiet location, comfortable, cleanliness, easy to contact the very helpful owner… 5 for us for sure!

The place is perfectly situated close to downtown but yet on a quiet, pretty slice of property that allows for peace and quiet. It’s also the building in the development closest to the pool and tennis courts which is a huge win. There are also several nice trails right off the back of the condo.The unit is clean, bedding comfortable with all kinds of pantry staples on hand.It’s the perfect place to stay with family. We’ve come here twice and will likely be back. Al is always available via the app and is responsive.

Al was very responsive. Check in was easy. Two of the beds were really creaky so it was hard to roll over without making a really loud noise.

Quick Ski Getaway

Decided to take a last minute ski trip before the season ended. Al sent perfect instructions on the condo including check in/out procedures. The condo was in a great location and very quiet. The master bed was very comfortable and the place had everything we needed. The pellet stove was nice to turn on after a long day of skiing!

Comfortable and well-appointed

This condo worked well for our group of 3 adults - spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and sofas, quality towels and sheets, and a well-equipped kitchen. In a quiet neighborhood but easy to get to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

Annual Ladies Shopping Getaway

Our second stay at this wonderful condo. Great location, close enough to shops and restaurants but off the beaten path so nice and quiet. The condo itself is well stocked, clean and comfortable. Communication with owner is great, do yourself a favour and give this rental a try you'll be glad you do!

Nice stay in North Conway

Roomy, well-kept condo. Very comfortable with all the expected amenities. One queen bed lumpy and squeaky. No ceiling fans or A/C. Best for cooler temperatures.

Perfect getaway and amenities

The place was spotless and hotel like in its high quality bedding and towels. Loved the porch and how close the pool and tennis courts were! Short drive to everything. Perfect spot for a getaway. We hope to return.

Potential Lock Issue

The stay was great, but upon picking up the property, I noticed there may be a gap in the Election Lock security. You can input the lock key, and the door will lock, but a simple jiggle or the handle bypassed the lock and opened the door regardless of the system. The owner may want to look into this.

Cozy yet spacious condo in quiet nieghborhood

Our family stayed at Al's condo during our recent trip to Story Land, and it was perfect! The pictures don't do the condo justice. It has a cozy vibe, but it's a good size. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with anything we needed to prep the food we brought, and stocked with plenty of games to play on a rainy morning. There's no AC, but the place stayed cool and comfortable. The back deck is a nice bonus, and there's plenty of space for kids to run around outside. We didn't swim this trip, but the pool looked nice and clean. Al has really thought of everything to ensure an excellent stay!

Great Place to Stay

There was 4 of us that stayed during a heat wave in June. Condo stayed cool without having air conditioning. The condo was very clean and had basically everything you needed for a pleasant stay.

Conway condo

Very clean, quiet. Easy parking. The only thing I missed was having a footstool (I like to put my feet up after a hard vacation day). Kitchen well stocked, heat worked quickly with separate thermostats for each room to allow for different comfort levels. I would book here again.

Perfect Location

It's a great place to stay. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. Cozy living room with pellet stove. Kitchen great for warming leftovers and coffee. Guys ski at Brettonwoods and girls shop around so it's a perfect location.
