4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom waterfront home with amazing views, boat lift, three levels of decking, on-site golf course, 2 community pools, and 3 hot tubs located in the wonderful resort community of Long Island Village.

Situated perfectly, this waterfront home is THE place to catch a SpaceX launch, go fishing, relax, and explore the resort amenities that all of our guests love! With three levels of decks, you’ll have perfect, unobstructed views of SpaceX launch facilities 24/7, enjoy fishing off your private dock, watch the fireworks on South Padre Island, and observe the wildlife in the wetlands across the canal! Your view is spectacular, and the sunsets will have you captivated and relaxed on the back deck every evening!
Your fully remodeled home has been thoughtfully designed and furnished to ensure you’re immersed in a cool and relaxing beach vibe atmosphere with all of the comforts of home. You've even got a cool "Beach Vibes" selfie wall that everyone can have fun with! The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (2 en-suite) and sleeps 8 comfortably. The two king beds and four queen beds are all furnished with 12” memory foam mattresses to ensure you get a great night’s sleep after a long day on the beach, exploring Starbase, or time spent enjoying the amenities at Long Island Village.
Long Island Village is a gated resort community with 24/7 security to ensure your stay is a safe and enjoyable one. Some of the resort amenities include, 2 swimming pools (1 indoor that is heated and 1 outdoor), 3 hot tubs (1 outdoor and 2 indoor), 18 hole par three golf course (for green fee), pickle ball and basketball courts, on-site restaurant, mini-golf, and private boat ramp to name a few. Upon check in, guests must pay a one-time $90 resort fee directly to Long Island Village for use of resort amenities (including pools, hot tub, gym, sports courts etc), two parking passes, and gate key. This fee is separate from any booking fees on this platform. If you plan not to use these amenities, Long Island Village offers two parking passes and gate key only for a much lesser cost (appx $15).
Primary Bedroom:
Rest easy on the king-sized memory foam mattress in the very spacious primary bedroom. Designed for relaxation, you’ll also find a cozy nook with bean bag chairs making for a perfect spot to get lost in a good book or sip on a cup of coffee. Attached to the primary bedroom is a luxurious bathroom featuring double shower heads in the extra-large tiled shower with marble inlays. Here you'll find complimentary body washes/shampoos, and a blow dryer tucked away for your convenience. Just outside of the double doors, you’ll find your private deck with some of the best views of SpaceX, the wetlands across the canal, and picture-perfect sunsets. Don’t be surprised if you see our resident Osprey (aka sea eagle) perched on the deck daily waiting to snag his next meal out of the canal. He’s beautiful! Want to catch up on your favorite NetFlix series? You can do that with your smart TV located in the room (personal log in needed for TV apps).
Guest Bedroom #1
This extra large guest room (over 500 sq ft) with en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor and is furnished with two queen beds, smart TV (personal log in needed for TV apps) , and a mini-fridge. Open your private double doors for direct access to the dock just outside, and go ahead and drop a line in the water while you’re at it. Located inside the room is a full bathroom with complimentary body washes/shampoos, and a blow dryer.
We lovingly refer to this room as the “Rocket Room” since it’s decked out in SpaceX gear and rocket “stuff”. We love SpaceX and understand the significance of the Starship development happening just outside your door, so we wanted to dedicate this room to all things “space”.
Guest Bedroom #2
Guest bedroom #2 is furnished with a spacious king-sized bed, smart TV (personal log in needed for TV apps), and a built-in work desk and is located on the second floor. We would hate for you to have to work while on vacation, but if you do, this room has plenty of built-in desk space to make for a good spot to seize the day. Just outside of your bedroom is a full bathroom with complimentary body washes/shampoos, and a blow dryer.
Guest Bedroom #3
Guest bedroom #3 is furnished with two queen beds, smart TV (personal log in needed for TV apps), and colorful sea life art. Located on the third floor, this bedroom has its own private deck overlooking the Laguna Madre and South Padre Island in the distance. This is a perfect viewing spot for Friday night fireworks on SPI during the summer, and also happens to be the best place in the house to catch a sunrise over the Laguna Madre.
Outside:
Outside you’ll find three levels and over 500 sq ft of decking and patio space, propane grill, picnic table, and deck chairs. We’re sure you’ll find a perfect spot to relax outside or have some fun catching some fish off your private dock! Fishing at night is fun with our underwater green light! Of course, you also have 24/7 eyes on Starbase to keep up with all of the latest Starship developments happening just across the ship channel!
One of our favorite things to do here is soak in a sunset on the back deck, while watching the fish jump in the canal and various sea bird species flying around you. On Friday nights in the summer months, enjoy the fireworks from South Padre Island lighting up the sky from a distance across the Laguna Madre.
We provide a blow dryer, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and at least one roll of toilet paper per restroom. In the kitchen, we provide one roll of paper towels and a starter pack of coffee pods at the coffee bar. For longer stays, you may wish to purchase more of these items ahead of your stay.

** This is a family friendly home in a quiet community. Strict no party rules for this property.
** If bringing a boat - Boat must be approved by the owner prior to stay. Long Island Village has limited parking available for boat trailers for $10 a day, paid directly to LIV. Please call LIV office ahead of visit to ensure you'll have a spot for your trailer in advance.
**Long Island Village has separate one-time resort fee of $90 that is not included in this reservation and must be purchased upon check in at the front desk. This fee includes 6 wrist bands that allow access to all amenities on grounds (2 pools/3 hot tubs, gym, volleyball/tennis courts, putt putt etc), 2 parking passes, and gate key. Additional wrist bands can be purchased for $5 each. Golf course is separate fee. If you plan not to use these amenities, Long Island Village offers two parking passes and gate key only for a much lesser cost (appx $15).
**Guest booking the reservation must be 25 years old or older.
**Exterior cameras on property for safety and security (located at doorbell, carport, and first floor facing boat lift).
