Wonderful area with plenty to do. Shopping just outside of the campground. Campground was clean and lots of big trees and shade. The Dona bay is accessible on the property. The unit itself was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful retreat

We usually go to the Venice area a couple of times a year, and absolutely loved our stay here. Very comfortable and cozy. We loved the grounds. Lots to do such as walking the campground, playing pool and ping-pong in the game room, and so much more! Easy check-in, the showers were amazing with plenty of water, pressure and hot water. We will definitely stay here again.

Christmas vaca

We came to Florida for Christmas with family. We really enjoyed the property and the home. Everyone was very friendly and even our little dog enjoyed it all. Only downfall was no tv in the master.

Property was clean and exactly like it advertised. The problem was the property manager of the property. He forgot to send the directions the day before or the day of so we didn't have the codes to get into the gated area. We also didn't have the code to get into the property. We found tons of "notes" around the house, telling us to use this or use that. I had to ask several times about things about the TV and other things. I suggested that they have a paper or book explaining how to use the property like other VRBO's that I have rented. He stated "oh we have a digital book but I forgot to send it to you"! Just like he forgot to send the details of the codes for the property!!!!!!!! Glad he at least answered the text messages that I sent or I would have been out of luck getting into the property. Lack of attention from the property manager but again, please was extremely clean and exactly as described. Just don't count on the property manager.

AMAZING PROPERTY and Manager

This is a nice home in a beautiful, gated park community with lakes, tennis courts, game room, pool, trails etc. The home is BEAUTIFUL with EVERYTHING you need. GREAT manager. I had to extend our stay 3 different times and the manager was very nice in allowing us to do so.

Hey Pam, once again sorry for the TV. It was working fine prior to your arrival. We have since replaced it and also figured out a better option for the front door blind. Thanks again for the review and for staying with us! Come back and see us again
