Enjoy a 10% discount for a 7-night stay and bring your boat! Experience the coastal lifestyle in the Beau Coast community, offering top-tier amenities. A boat storage area is conveniently located approximately 0.5 miles from your condo, with a wildlife ramp directly across it. Contact the property manager for further details bringing boat.

This home elegantly designed with an open-concept, kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with a half bath and primary bedroom on the first floor. The spacious island provides a perfect gathering spot for cooking, playing games, or relaxing with family. Adjacent to the living room is a charming screened-in porch with seating for six. Outside the porch, there is a delightful outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas grill, ideal for family and friends' cookouts. The kitchen has a Keurig and a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers!

The second floor features two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Additionally, a back staircase leads to a cozy bedroom above the garage, also its own bathroom. This room includes two sets of bunk beds. Each is equipped with a TV featuring streaming channels.

The Beau Coast community offers a day dock on Tayors Creek, a gym, an event lawn, a clubhouse with a stunning pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, and corn hole. Enjoy time at Traders, a facility offering a variety of food from Beaufort Grocery, beers, and an outdoor seating area with fire pit. Nearby, explore the town's shops and restaurants or take ferry to Cape Lookout or Shackleford Banks.

This pet-friendly property charges $35.00 per night for your pet. Once the booking is confirmed, the rules and regulations for Beau Coast will be provided for review and acknowledgment.

Additional information:
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Dogs weighing 40 lbs or less are allowed, with a maximum of two dogs.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the unit.
-ens and towels provided; however only one and one washcloth per guest are supplied, so bringing extras is recommended.

This is a beautiful home, lacking nothing. Comfortable, nice beach decor, room for everyone, walkable neighborhood, good restaurants and friendly folk. We have already booked for next year. That really says it all.Edith, our host, dropped by to see how we were doing and even changed the water filter on the refrigerator!

Property was amazing. It was nice having a pool for days/times we couldn't go to the beach. It was an easy drive to the beach and communication with the property manager was easy, as was the check-in process.

Beautiful home in a beautiful place

It was just as the listing shows. It was in a great location with a perfect set up for travelers as each bedroom has it's own ensuite. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs, and the screened-in porch was a perfect place to enjoy meals in the evening.

Wonderful home!

This house was spotless and so comfortable. We enjoyed our week, had plenty of room. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. The location was perfect and Edith the property manager was so responsive when I had questions before arriving. Great front porch with rockers and a screen porch we enjoyed for dinners. One of the best rentals!

My sisters and I have been coming to Beaufort for years and this is the best house we’ve stayed in among many. It’s clearly well maintained and has lovely and functional interiors. All beds were comfy and we used every room. Great house! We would love to come back next year.Thanks!

Wonderful

Great Floor plan and worked well for our two families. Kids had their own rooms while the adults had very nice rooms. Lots of extra thought went into this rental. Kitchen was well stocked with items that were needed for cooking for a big family.

Upstairs bedroom on right has a very squeaky bed or box spring. It wasn’t a good nights rest bc everything like you move it’s so loud.

Great Family Vacation House

Our family of nine enjoyed staying at "Tidal Treasure" very much. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. It is pet friendly, and it was actually less expensive to pay the pet fee than to board two dogs. The kitchen was well equipped, though we only had breakfast and lunch there and went out for dinner as there are so many great restaurants. We had enough bedrooms for three couples and the three grandkids had their own bunk room, which is up a separate staircase. That may not work with younger kids, but our 10-12 year olds loved the independence! The kids enjoyed the pickleball courts and would've loved the pool complex but it was not yet open in April. We walked down to the water each night and the dock is great. We saw beautiful sunsets, dolphins and horses roaming on Carrot Island. The house is at the front of the subdivision, so there was traffic going by, but it was not a bother and we were closer to the dock and water. I highly recommend this property and plan on booking it again one day.
