Great Stay and location

We really enjoyed our stay here. We did have a few minor issues upon check in but they were dealt with very swiftly once we communicated the issues. We would stay here again as well really liked the location and the ease of check in and check out. The location to the Disney parks is a huge hit as well as the resort pool! We enjoyed our stay

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay there. Was very clean and comfy. Was surprised on some things not included, like paper towels, kitchen towels and dish soap, kid friendly dishes, (there was a couple plastic plates but no plastic cups)All in all we had a great time.

First timers

Property was how it was described. Beds were comfy. Just a short jaunt to the pool. We DID have to unplug the bathroom sinks and showers due to hair clogging the drains. Sliding door was hard to open and close. Other then that I found it to be a nice property to stay at. We didn't sound much time there while in Florida though due to sightseeing.

Annual Disney trip

We take a family vacation every year to Disney/Universal with our son's family, or daughter's, or both. This home was fantastically perfect. The pool is beautiful, and my granddaughter loved the slides, etc. We will definitely try and stay here again in the future.

Great Place central to most everything for Disney

Great condo - the recent renovations were a major upgrade from what the photos showed. The place was central to everything we needed (Disney Springs, Disney Parks and Golf Courses). Communication with Phil (manager) were quickly answered and the few small issues resolved promptly. Great place - will definitely look to stay here again when back down to Orlando.

Good place to stay

We stayed for a week for a Disney vacation. Area was great, 5 mins to Walmart for food and lots of souvenirs as well as easy access to Disney (longest drive with traffic was 20 mins). Condo was exactly as described. Clean but needs a little TLC due to aging but it didn't affect the quality of our stay. Pool was great with slides to keep them entertained. This will be our new go to for Disney trips.

Nice place

It was a nice place and I would stay there again. The master bed was a little high. I would remove the box springs but it is not a deal breaker and I would not think twice about staying here again.

Wonderful place

The host was great in responding back when we messaged him. It was a very nice condo. Very quiet and location was nice and close. Beds were comfortable and clean unit. Didn't find time too visit the pool area. Thanks again

Nice resort

The resort overall is clean and nice, this is not our first time at Windsor Hills and its ammenities keep us coming back. Although this is our first year with evergreen and the cleanliness of our condo upon arrival was disappointing. There were many uncleaned areas, after our 4 pm arrival a gentleman let himself in without knocking to deliver our kitchen soap and detergent (the soap was a reused bottle that was dirty that they clearly refilled multiple times).Our privacy was breached then and one other time after I reached out about the cleanliness and the TVs not working they messaged me after the fact and said they let themselves in again when we were not there and had them come back in to clean but will no longer use them anymore..this was unsettling knowing the cleaners who didn't clean who have access to our room was told we complained and their services were no longer needed. I was appreciative that they did provide a refund of the cleaning fee due to the condo not being clean. The master bathroom had a large makeshift repair in the ceiling which consisted of a large drywall sheet screwed into the ceiling, it looked very tacky. Overall satisfied with our stay at the resort but disappointed about the cleanliness

Spring Break

It was a great place to stay and met our needs for spring break. It was super close to the tennis and basketball courts and the pool and club house. Recommend to bring dish towels, dish washer tabs and bottled water. The water did not taste great. Was very close to Walmart which made grocery shopping super easy! It’s close to all the major theme parks and other attractions. If looking for a great place to eat, try Sickies Garage. Had great food and drinks! Would stay here again.

Bring your own mattress

Location is great!! Master bedroom mattress is horrible and needed replaced years ago. Room needs some updating such as painting and carpet has lots of stains. Other than that its ok.

Great place to stay for cost, location, and extras

This is a great place to stay for location to theme parks, and the on-site pool/clubhouse extras. This condo was exactly as described. It offers a lower cost compared to others on location. As described, just need to bring certain things like toilet paper for example (they supply the first one). Walmart is very close. You can shop online/request pick up for your trip. Pick it up on the way to the condo, or drop the family/luggage off and drive to Walmart to pick up. Only a few minutes away. I'd stay here again.

Our stay was awesome! Condo was located nicely within the community and clean. Pool was nice and warm, hot tub was hot (jets weren’t blowing much air tho). We loved the pickle ball courts and the fact there are lights to play after dark is great. After a day at the parks we would go out and play pickle ball. We met some very nice people on the courts. Check in and re-entry was so smooth. No waiting. Felt very safe within this community. We come from New York for vacation and this is the third time staying at Windsor Hills and it never disappoints. Thank you Windsor Hills!

Loved the location and the ease of signing in. The cleaning and maintenance of the outside property was amazing. Things were easy to figure out. For this specific unit it is getting dated. Owner needs to replace carpets. Getting kind of grungy. The appliance we great.

Cheap stay near Disney

I rented this place on low budget . For the price was decent but I found the place very low standard for VRBO. First , I could not sit in the carpet , ants will crawl on me . I always expect some basics provided but there were not even a sponge to wash dishes , or dishwash detergent , only one small half way toilet paper roll in each bath and coffee filters . There was not even an xtra trash can bag, or shampoo samples , the pillows are super old , and we were all having sort of allergy from them, maybe they are full of mold . Kitchen had basics , and parking was easy . Number of the building is not umibated so it was hard to find it the first day ( night arrival ) I think for 20$ more per night you could stay in better apartment with better maintenance .
