Very nicely priced, this well appointed condo offers excellent value for money providing, as it does, tremendous resort style amenities, in a secure gated community, with a great location just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World.

Del Boca Vista is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom ground floor condo in block number 6 of Windsor Hills. With an eye catching 1410 sq ft of living space to enjoy it provides plenty of room to relax, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic! 

Located less than a one minute walk from the main clubhouse and pool area, complete with a superb water park, Del Boca Vista provides everything you could want for a family on vacation, and needless to say, this lovely home also comes extremely well equipped.

Tastefully furnished throughout, practicality is the name of the game here. This floor plan is the largest available in a Windsor Hills condo and each room has been carefully planned to maximize the space available. It sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, and though we do prefer to restrict occupancy to 6 to preserve the condition of the home, this home can sleep 8 due to the two sets of twin bunk beds in the third bedroom.

The bedrooms consist of one king size master which has full en-suite facilities, a queen room which is very nicely decorated with high end bedding and furniture, and a third bedroom which as mentioned has two sets of bunk beds and allows the increased occupancy, a very popular feature of this family friendly condo. The Queen and Full bedrooms share the second full bathroom, and we should add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay too, another great feature offered in your home from home.

Del Boca Vista also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a large smart flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with the upgraded cable package available in this resort there are plenty of those available.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a private patio furnished with a table and chairs. Facing West, you can enjoy the sunshine well into the evening here, perhaps enjoying a spot of supper as you plan your next adventure!.

Del Boca Vista has been incredibly good to us over the years with many families returning time and time again to a home universally loved, and it really is an impressive option for all the family, from those who want superb resort style amenities, to families just looking to relax. Windsor Hills Resort

Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The Windsor Hills villas each have private, screened-in pools in addition to the fabulous community pool and kids’ water park. This secure, 24/7 guarded community has everything and more for your family vacation.

Some of Windsor Hills’ notable features include a luxurious zero-entry pool, water park with fountains and water slides, a hot tub/spa, and a toddler splash pad. There are plenty of recreational areas, including tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts for everyone. There’s even a putting green! All Windsor Hills vacation rentals are located less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, just one mile from the attraction-packed Highway 192, less than a mile from a Walmart Supercenter and gas station, about 2.5 miles from I-4, and 10 minutes from Celebration, the community designed and built by Disney. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Universal Orlando Resort is about 21 minutes away, and Sea World about 19 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral is just over an hour away. In the other direction, Clearwater Beach is about an hour and a half drive.

There are several golf courses within easy reach, including Mystic Dunes, a 72-par public course designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC Golf Analyst Gary Koch. It’s literally a five minute walk away. Legends course at Orange Lake (5 minute drive) and the beautiful course at Celebration (15 minute drive) are also nearby.

Your arrival pack, sent 3-5 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, directions, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
