Welcome to your home away from home! This recently remodeled condo is artsy and fun like all of the nearby walkable excitement surrounding you in downtown Winston-Salem.
This entire condo is located on the 1st floor of a historic building in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. 1 free parking space is provided in a parking lot across from condo. Recently remodeled and fully furnished with three smart tv’s in living area and both bedrooms, electric fireplace, coffee bar, work space in secondary bedroom, washer/dryer in unit, speakers and more.

消灯する、ドアの鍵をかける、鍵を返却する
Please make sure to leave keyfob in masterlock at backdoor entrance (to avoid $150 fee) and mix code. When closing unit door, please make sure it locks by pushing the Yale button at the top.
Trash bins are located outside of the condo building, turn right down the hall, then left, then out the doors. Doors lock behind you so be careful to not let it close behind you. Code 1986.
