Experience Winston-Salem like a local in this fully updated and beautifully decorated 1-bedroom condo. Nestled in the heart of the city, this fantastic property is steps away from theaters, restaurants and breweries. The 900+ sq. ft unit offers an inviting bedroom with a comfortable queen bed for a restful night's sleep. With 2 bathrooms, including a bathtub, shower, and a hair dryer, you'll have all the comforts of home.

The additional spaces, including a cozy living room with a queen sofa bed and an office/flex room with a futon chair, provide fabulous areas to relax and unwind. Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy the convenience of AC, heating, and a washing machine.

With all the restaurants and breweries within walking distance, you may opt to forego cooking, but the fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig, spices and oils, allows you to eat in with ease.

We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

We request that check-in occurs prior to 10:00pm. If you need a later check-in, please message us before booking to see if we can make arrangements.

This property was in a great location close to everything downtown. The building was secure and safe and the unit was spacious and clean. We were very comfortable with the accommodations. We will definitely stay here again when returning to Winston-Salem.

The apartment was very clean & equipped. The location was wonderful & the hosts were very responsive with any questions. I really enjoyed the unique, historic aspect of the building.

Exceptional Stay

We have been booking these types of stays since 2014. Can honestly say this property was the very best so far! Immaculately clean. Every creature comfort provided. Excellent response time from hosts when we had questions. Extremely comfortable and well appointed space. Hopefully it’s available the next time we visit our daughter.

Lovely place in the heart of downtown

Amazing! Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated space with all the amenities. I enjoyed the large walk in closet as I usually take my clothing on hangers! Very comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you would need and the Keurig was especially appreciated! Just steps to 4th street and all the entertainment and restaurants! Would highly recommend and hope to return again next time in Winston!
