Downtown Luxury Apartment with private indoor parking

Our spacious, two-bedroom apartment is the perfect balance of luxury and function. It features a fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, a built-in microwave, Keriig coffee station and a stackable washer and dryer. This is a smoke-free environment with spectacular views that overlook the canal and downtown Indianapolis. This building is secure and accessed by key only with private indoor parking. Our amenities include free Wifi, two conveniently located elevators, a rooftop infinity pool and a 24 hour fitness center. This amazing property is situated along a beautifully paved canal that winds through the city and is adjacent to the Indiana University Hospital campus. In addition, there are multiple shopping, dining and entertainment options within close proximity.

Short stay for swim meet

Property was extremely clean and comfortable. All the extras to include drinks, snacks, and toiletries (just in case you forgot) made the experience even more memorable. Have been in many rental properties and this was above and beyond what we expected! Would stay again when back.

Wonderful place, great location!

This place was a wonderful place to stay. Location to our trade show worked perfectly. Host was great and available if needed. Lots of treats left for our enjoyment was a great surprise! Clean, well appointed. Can’t say enough!

A Weekend Away

A great place to stay in downtown Indy. Easy access to restaurants and concerts. Condo was wonderful. Clean, comfortable and safe. The amenities, treats, and necessities were not expected. A great time.

Weekend Trip for Lions Game

Our stay was very smooth and easy. Accommodations were excellent and welcoming. Parking was perfect in a secured private lot. The location was close to everything we wanted to do in downtown area.

Stay

Great location, the beds were super comfortable. Very generous of the host to leave snacks for the guests. Very spacious. Loved the two bedroom, two bath. Much better than one family trying to share a hotel room. Area was quiet. Did not hear outside noise. The air conditioners at night were loud and kicked on and off frequently making it difficult to fall asleep but once asleep it was fine. Do wish there was two keys. My family could not all leave and go in separate directions as we only had one key which is needed even in the elevator

Great host!

The condo is clean and comfortable, right next to the canal, and very close to downtown. The kitchen was fully stocked with snacks, juices and water. The bathrooms had all the essentials and complementary soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, and mouth wash. I will stay there again if I'm ever in Indianapolis again! toothbrushes and water

Cute apartment

We were in Indy two nights for a wedding and football game. The apartment was well decorated and clean. Many extras such as snacks and toiletries. The central air was not working but the host had portable a/c units and fans so we were more than comfortable. Would stay here again if the need arises.

Great Condo on Canal

We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, tidy and modern. The listing stated that there was only 1 queen bed but each room had queen beds. It was also just 2 full baths, no half bath.
