Newly updated Bass River home with quick access to both Windmill and Smuggler's beaches. This quiet neighborhood is great for a waterfront stroll or a leisurely bike ride. Enjoy the new outdoor shower and string-lit patio after a day at the beach. Plenty of room for large families. Kids will enjoy the large bunkhouse over the garage (and parents will enjoy a quiet house.) No need to overpack as we have included everything we need on vacation.

Rental includes beach chairs, pop up cabana, towels and 2 large coolers.

After you visit the great beaches, shower off in new, spacious outdoor shower and relax on newly landscaped patio.

We’ve been coming to Cape Cod every August for 12 years, trying a new rental each time — and this one may just be the winner! It comfortably accommodated our whole family and was stocked with absolutely everything we could possibly need to make our stay perfect. The location was ideal — close to everything — and we loved being able to ride bikes to beautiful Windmill Beach. The owner was incredibly attentive and communicated so well, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. After so many years of searching, we may have finally found the house we’ll want to return to again and again. Highly recommend!

We loved it!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The set up was perfect for our family of 9. We brought our boat which we launched at Smugglers Beach about a mile away, so there was plenty of parking.Todd made it very easy for checking in and was readily available for any questions. He had just about everything you could need.

Great week!

This house was perfect for what we needed for our family vacation! The house had everything that we needed and was in a great location. The kids really enjoyed playing in the basement and the adults enjoyed the outdoor space. Todd was great with suggestions for restaurants and things to do.

Great family house very near Windmill Beach!

Great multi-generational house with ample room for 6 adults and 2 little boys, especially if you have a boat in a slip at Ship Shops or want to rent one from Ship Shops, which is a very short walk away! It has an outdoor shower and air conditioners in every room. The host is very responsive. This is the best house we have rented thus far in Bass River and we have been renting for years.

Can’t recommend this property enough!

We just got back from a fantastic stay. The location is so convenient, close to Smuggler’s Beach, which we love, and lots of shopping and restaurants. The house itself was perfectly appointed. Our group of 7 felt like we all had more than enough space to both spend time together and have our own space. The beds were comfortable. Having provided linens and beach towels is very handy, and there were plentiful beach chairs, a beach cooler and other beach amenities and bikes that we didn’t even get a chance to use. The hosts were easy to contact and helpful. We had a great week and a huge reason was this gem of a house. .

Wonderful family trip

My family and I Vacation every year to the cape. It’s always a struggle to find a home big enough for all of us. Todd’s home was perfect, big and roomy. Plenty of kitchen space, room for the kids to run around and a relaxing outside. Todd himself was so wonderful to communicate with as was his neighbor Phil! Will absolutely be back next year!

Week in South Yarmouth

It is a lovely home, very clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Good off-street parking was available. The owner was very responsive to questions and emails. We would definitely rent it again.

Awesome family vacation in South Yarmouth!

The house layout is great and allowed us to have our teenagers in their own “wing” with plenty of sleeping space and their own bathroom. We had plenty of privacy on the other side of the house with 3 more comfortable bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The garage is well stocked with high quality beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, bikes and even a spare refrigerator which we took full advantage of as we enjoy cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals through out the week. Kitchen is large and has new appliances (we were just missing a blender for our frozen drinks!). We loved the lobster pot! Plenty of seating space for an extended family to enjoy all their meals together. The basement had tons of room for kids with foosball, darts, ping-pong and air hockey, along with a TV area and new washer/dryer units. Outside had ample parking, a nice sitting area, a new outdoor shower, and a gas grill for steaks! The location had us in walking distance to both Windmill and Smuggler’s beach and driving distance to just about anything we needed including Hyannis Harbor where there are plenty of great restaurants and you can catch a ferry to Nantucket or the Vineyard. We rented our own boat for a day and a half just down the road from the house at Bass River. There are golf courses, restaurants, plenty of shopping, arcades, on and on. Never a dull moment at this location! Thank you Todd D, we had a great family vacation and look forward to coming back!

Great home in great area

Todd was very attentive before and during our stay. House was huge and having beach equipment was a great space saver! Highly recommend this home.
