Ocean view 3 bedroom beach villa

Beautiful corner unit, ocean view villa overlooking the gardens, pools, and ocean. Just steps away from the sand and surf, come relax in our home away from home at the Villa Capriani Resort in North Topsail Beach. You will enjoy the on-site restaurant Splash, full bar on site, outdoor villa grills, jacuzzis, multiple pools, in unit washer and dryer for your convenience. This unit also provides all towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, fully furnished kitchen, and elliptical machine. At the end of the day, enjoy listening to the sounds of the ocean on our comfortable covered patio porch.

Beautiful condo and great location!

We loved our stay! The resort was perfect for our family. Great pool and easy access to the beach. The on-site restaurant was very good and convenient. The condo came equipped with everything we needed for the beach… towels, chairs, umbrella. It made packing much easier! Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect little touches

This rental has it all! Perfect location, the resort is fabulous, not too crowded, and lots of available amenities included with the rental. We had a great long weekend and are planning to try to book this rental again for future trips. Highly recommend!

Amazing serenity experience all around

Host was amazingly responsive! Even when I had princess questions about streaming in the bedroom. The resort is just so wonderful and the condo is so nice! The whole fam was happy! Would def come back!

Nice unit

We enjoyed our stay over the Fourth of July holiday. The unit is very clean and as described in the listing. Property owner was very proactive with communication and details. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Great location

Well kept condo that is well equipped. On-site bar and restaurant, large pool and beach access. Perfect spot for our stay. Our only negative was that the neighbor above was very loud every night around 11PM-12am, sounded like a track meet but that is of no fault of the owner. Heidi was amazing and very responsive.

Perfect End of Summer Vacation

This 3-bedroom condo was exactly as pictured! We had plenty of room and the condo was clean and nicely appointed with everything we needed. The location of the condo made coming and going very easy and you could easily access the pools and beach. Correspondence with the owner was fast, friendly and very helpful. We would definitely rent from this owner & this condo again!
