We designed this direct oceanfront to have everything you dream of in a beach retreat. You will love being able to paddle out on the kayak or paddleboards to see the dolphins. Just steps to the elevator or take the one floor of stairs to ground level and you’re on the beach. The resort has a large outdoor pool with bar and snack bar, covered heated pool, 2 restaurants, ice cream and coffee shop, basketball, pickleball, gym with sauna, and arcade.

I looked around at many different areas on the North and South Carolina coasts. North Topsail was head and shoulders above everywhere else. When you go over the bridge from Sneads Ferry onto Topsail island, all you see is ocean and a thin line of houses. It is so uncrowded and beautiful. Its really too nice to describe so you'll just have to come and see for yourself!

Our unit has the best view of all the condos at the St. Regis resort and has a larger floorplan than most. I've put in everything to make your stay perfect.
