Walk to the beach, tiki covered deck, fun shack, close to shopping

Unwind in an island oasis between the pristine sandy beach and the serene intercoastal waters. Enjoy a short walk east to the beach or west to the river.

After an enjoyable day on either coast, have an exhilarating outdoor shower then watch the sunset or rest in the shade of the tiki hut over the deck.

This cozy retreat has many updates throughout. There are dining tables in the sunroom and kitchen and a coffee/tea bar. The backyard has a shack for added entertainment. This entire home is yours to make vivid memories!

Other things to note:
The washer and dryer are in the garage. Also in the garage: a wagon, beach chairs and and an umbrella, coolers and beach towels for your use (please do not use house towels for the beach). Separate pet blankets and towels are also provided. Like most homes on the barrier island, this one is on a septic system.

There are plenty of local fun spots to visit and you are close to shopping, dining and local music venues. Whatever you do it is always a Flip Flop day!

Perfect beach house! Fully equipped and comfortable. You immediately feel like you are in the tropics. Quiet, but close enough to anything you might need or want. Great host. Highly recommend!

Great location. Plenty of room for two. Near beach, shopping and restaurants. Everything about the house was as advertised.

Great location

My husband and I like to check out the Jeeps during “Jeep Beach” this location was great for the Daytona area and for cruising A1A all the way to Saint Augustine. So many convenient beaches to choose from or restaurants. Also if you want to hang out at the house, the backyard is private and has so much personality! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Just perfect!

Wonderful little beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short 5-minute walk. Tom Renick Park, with public bathrooms and other amenities, is right there on the beach. The house is well stocked, clean, cute and comfortable. The outdoor shower is also amazing. We loved our stay at this little island themed home.

Classic Florida!

Our family was in town for our daughter’s dance competition in Daytona and wanted a dog friendly, close to the beach option instead of an overpriced hotel room. Winner! This house is such a short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood and the backyard is fantastic! We will be back. Thank you!

Perfection if you have a dog! I came with my dog and a friend. I loved being able to wake up and hang out with my dog in the fenced in back yard and have a coffee in the adorable gazebo. We had lots of walks with my dog and discovered the public boat launch that gave us a view of the river-- it became part of our evening routine to walk out to the pier and sit on a bench to chat while enjoying the view. We hosted a dinner party for my friend's birthday, and we found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, A/C, internet - all my 'must haves' worked as expected. We had no reason to contact the host, but we did meet her as we were leaving and she was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again if I come back!

Beautiful

This place is fantastic! The "love shack" is super cute. My kids loved sleeping in it. The neighborhood is great, quiet, and safe. There is everything you need for a walk to the beach. Beach towels, wagon, coolers, boogie board, surf board, and more. You will also find everything you need for cooking. If you need something you will likely find it. Our daughter recently moved to the area and we will be visiting a lot. This will be our go-to.

What a great little beach home. Great home, very charming and everything we needed. Well designed, great layout and use of space. The backyard was really cool. The location was perfect and it was a great fit for our family. Highly recommend!
