This cozy retreat has many updates throughout all the rooms. The sunroom is equipped with a table for 6 for dining or games. The backyard has a converted shed which may be used as extra beds or a private area. This entire beach bungalow is yours to make vivid memories!

Other things to note:
The washer and dryer are in the garage. Included are coolers, a wagon, beach chairs and towels for your use. Separate pet blankets and towels are also provided. This home like most homes on the barrier island is on a septic system.

There are plenty of local fun spots to visit and you are close to shopping, dining and local music venues. Whatever you do it is always a Flip Flop day!
