Fantastic stay! We were in town for a family event and had 5 of our adult children stay with us for two nights. The flex room just off the kitchen was perfect for a 4th bedroom. The place had it all. It was warm, cozy and beachy. The outdoor space was tremendous. Our dog loved the large side yard (all fenched in). It was extremely cold so we couldn't use the pool. However, the hot tub was very nice and appreciated. The host was very attentive. friendly and easy to reach. Location was great. Many walks on the nearby beach. Would absolutely recommend the stay.

Easy check in, cute, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family, we enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub for our late December stay. Short walk to the beach, which was mostly empty. Great location, wish we could have stayed longer!

The house and pool were excellent. Description is spot on. Plenty of kitchenware. Pool area is so nice we rarely were in the house itself. Owners notified us the house ready sooner than expected check in which was a bonus. Highly recommend

Nice get-a-way!

Nice place on a quiet street! Pool, deck, and other on-site amenties make this property a welcome oasis of relaxation. Convenient to quieter parts of the beach and nearby shopping. Also pet friendly! Nice set up for any time of year!Easy communications with owners. Would definitely visit again!

We absolutely loved this house. We’ve stayed at a different VRBO every year for the past 7 years and this is one of my top two. The layout was great and the house was so spacious. The pool and hot tub were probably our favorite parts. Nice laundry area, nice patio, plenty of seating to eat and hang out. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

Perfect Vacation!

We have stayed at many different vacation homes and this was, by far, our favorite. It was clean and exactly as described. It was extremely pet friendly, and was the perfect place to relax after spending time at the beautiful beaches nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and the backyard was the perfect spot to unwind in the pool or the comfy chairs. This place is well worth the visit!

Great Property in great location!

This house was perfect for my sister and her husband’s 40th anniversary trip, that included myself and two of our friends. Most in our group have physical limitation (i.e. walkers, canes) and this home was perfect for that. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we enjoyed them each day. The house is located in a very convenient location, close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The owners were amazing and responded to all of my pre-trip questions very quickly. I would recommend these owners and this home to anyone that wants a home away from home for their vacation! Thank you John and Jennifer!

Top Notch Experience

John is an excellent host and always responded promptly. Home is equipped with everything you would need for a great vacation. John even set up a Christmas tree and some decorations for us to lay our presents under. Safe and quiet neighborhood, with the beach a 10 minute walk away. Our pups loved the covered back patio and the fenced in back yard. It was too cold and rainy to use the pool, but the hot tub and the fire pit was used several times during our stay. I could write a chapter on everything that this splendid home has to offer, but suffice it to say, you will not be disappointed if you book this wonderful house.

Our best vacation yet

We haven’t taken a family vacation in 3 years and often pick places to stay, are satisfied, but never return. THIS place - WE CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK! The home was exactly as described. Entry and communication was efficient and flawless. Owners are accommodating and responsive. Home is beautiful, clean and perfectly located. So much so that we already have plans to do that same vacation all over again. What a gem this find was.

Short stay close to home

House is great! Comfortable beds and furnishings. Very well stocked kitchen. Pool was cleaned as scheduled and patio/pool area is large. Lots to do at the beach areas. Good restaurants close by. Only one comment - not really a complaint. The front and back yards are in need of some tlc - areas that do not have artificial turf are over grown with weeds and vines. Vines are growing up through the slats in the patio deck. A couple dedicated days of weeding and a fresh load of mulch would do wonders. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and recommend it highly. Thank you for allowing our doggies to visit, too!

Fantastic family beach house!!

We had a blast at our annual family beach trip in this home! The yard was fantastic for our Golden and there was plenty of room for all my teenagers. There was everything at the house that you need for a beach vacation (including a gas grill!) location is fantastic for the area, great neighborhood. We will def be booking again next summer!

We had been vacationing and renting homes in the area for 10 years so we decided to buy our own home here and share the beauty of Ormond Beach with other travelers! I am a firefighter/paramedic and a real estate broker. My wife is the property manager. We plan on retiring to the home in the future.

Location, location, location! And it has a pool and hot tub! We have a family of 5 and 2 dogs so this home was perfect! It is also located on a quiet dead end street with minimal traffic and a very safe walkable area. There is an unlimited amount of things to do! And you have the beach! What could be better?

Large home, 3/2 beach side with an in ground heated pool and hot tub on a dead end. Short 6 minute walk to the beach. We can hear the waves crash, enjoy the ocean breeze, and see the rocket launches at Cape Canaveral from the beach or yard! Very cool. Multiple free public boat launches nearby, parks, dog parks, dog beach and dog free beach, hiking trails, tennis courts, shopping, fishing piers, boardwalk, beachfront amusement park, drive-on beach nearby, state park sanctuary, wildlife viewing, marine park, swim with dolphins, farmers markets and the list is endless.
