*Pool & Spa Guidelines
Spa & Pool Heating
Spa heat is included in your stay.
Important: Do not use spa heat if outdoor temperatures exceed 95°F to protect equipment.
Pool heating is available for $100/day (2-day minimum) to maintain 86°F.
Higher temperatures may incur additional fees.
Must be requested 12-24 hours in advance as heating time varies by weather.
Note: The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.
*Pool Maintenance & Safety
A pool technician visits Mondays & Thursdays between 7 AM - 6 PM.
No glassware in/around the pool—plastic dinnerware is provided.
Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
Pool heating fees are non-refundable, unless equipment failure prevents heating.
*General House Rules
City of Indio Regulations
The primary guest must provide a driver’s license or passport before check-in.
Guests must complete two city forms, provided after booking.
Minimum booking age: 21 years old (city requirement).
*Noise & Security
Noise monitoring devices (Minut) are installed in the kitchen and near the patio.
These do not record—only monitor volume levels.
No parties/events unless approved. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $300–$1,500 fines for damages.
Security cameras are installed at the front and side of the home (not in private areas).
Do not tamper with them. A $500 fine applies, and tampering may result in eviction.
*A/C & Heating
Thermostat is set between 72°F - 80°F to ensure comfort and efficiency.
*Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
Indoor smoking incurs a $300-$1,500 fine, plus additional cleaning fees.
*Pet Policy
Up to 2 pets allowed for $50 per pet, per stay.
Do not leave pets unattended and keep them out of the pool area.
Owners are responsible for any pet-related damages.
*Parking & Neighborhood Courtesy
Driveway fits 3-4 cars; garage fits 2 cars. You may park directly in front of the home.
Do not park in front of neighbors’ homes.
Noise complaints or police visits may result in a $1,000+ fine.

No glitter, confetti, or water balloons. A $250 fee applies for cleanup.

Although we now call Orange County home, our roots trace back to the South Bay, where our journey began. Our move here was driven by a desire to be closer to our loved ones, highlighting the importance of family in our lives.
