Place was immaculate and tastefully decorated with clean lines and bright design. Beds, sheets, towels all top quality. Would definitely stay here again. Great for a family.

Everything was great except for the fact that the house was not ready when it was supposed to be ready. The cleaner was still there doing laundry and finalizing as we were checking in,definitely passed the check in time. She was very friendly tho and was only there for about 20 mins or so after we arrived

We didn’t even get to stay at this property. They never got back to us about check in procedures. I’ve contacted them days before we were supposed to arrive and they kept telling me they’ll give the info closer to date. On the day we arrived, we were stranded with no one picking up our calls or anything. Vrbo tried calling on our behalf and they couldn’t reach anyone either. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

We stayed here for Coachella and it was great location! 15 mins from the venue. We left behind a GoPro on accident, and they found it and shipped it back to us for no charge! This property was great and I would def consider staying here again next Coachella!

Solid choice for Valley stay

The open kitchen dining area is great. Looks out to the pool and is a fabulous hang out area. Main bedroom also great and huge. Other rooms a little smaller but still good. Location is ok. Fine if you’re golfing nearby but it’s a decent drive to restaurants/bars etc.

Backyard needs love

The communication regarding the property description and directions was inconsistent across the paperwork and online. Overall, the home's interior was great. However, the pool and backyard need maintenance. I paid 270 to heat the pool for three days, but none of us ended up swimming because the pool was dirty and had algae. The Jacuzzi does not have jets, and there is cracked plaster throughout both the pool and Jacuzzi. I had to hose everything off just to be able to relax outside.While there were many rules about maintaining quiet hours to respect the neighbors, it was not disclosed that the dogs next door bark constantly. I texted Vacasa Property Management on Friday about the issues in the backyard. They said someone would get back to me, I never heard from anyone. ** I can provide pictures and video if you would like proof **

coachella abode

stayed with my mom and sister and girlfriend to attend coachella festival. Perfect distance to the festival (took us less than 10 minutes to get there everytime) beautiful neighborhood. House was clean some down falls to our stay,in the written rules once at the house, we were instructed to NOT turn the air conditioning up higher than 72 or as the AC would freeze. It was an little unfortunate, considering it was 95 outside during our stay. 2nd downfall, there are ants in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms in the bedroom. host must’ve been aware of the issue already because they were quick to bring us bug spray. We did bring food to cook in the kitchen and it became inconvient because the ants would show up all over the counter as soon as we would use the kitchen. even after cleaning and doing dishes. lastly the Internet router was down our entire stay. There was bad service in the neighborhood so we were internet-less. Notified host, told us to restart router. It still never workedhouse is ran by a rental team using an different app (Vacasa),the property manager was way more helpful and quick to respond thru text than any app. All in all,nice property & a perfect distance away from Coachella music festival. I however don’t think it was worth the full price of almost 5000 with Missing ammenities.
