Our stunning split-level home was meticulously renovated from the studs out for an unforgettable guest experience! Every detail has been thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. Indulge in luxury with a spacious King bedroom boasting an ensuite bathroom, along with three inviting Queen bedrooms and a cozy Twin bunk bed room. With two additional bathrooms, convenience is guaranteed. The basement is a haven of entertainment, featuring a thrilling game room with foosball and video games. Step outside to discover a paradise of relaxation and fun, with a soothing hot tub, cozy firepit, and the classic game of cornhole. Worried about parking? Don't be! We have ample space for at least 5 cars. Get ready for an incredible stay that exceeds all expectations!

You have full access to the house and community amenities. You'll need to pick up the passes/wristbands at Member Services (inside the fitness center). Guests must have the passes on them while on Pocono Farms property.
To play on the golf course, you must register through the golf pro shop.

Your host is available for the duration of your stay.
One of our hosts will need to reach out via email for guest registration with the community HOA. This is standard practice. Form must be filled out and submitted 4 days prior to arrival or risk forfeiting your reservation or paying a fine.

You can walk the streets but better to drive to the community center for the amenities

Beach and pool are seasonal (Memorial Day thru Labor Day).

The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made.
Although you can legally purchase fireworks, it is illegal to set them off. You will be fined.
