My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! The game room was a great area for the kids to enjoy and the property was well maintained. We were super grateful to Alex who remained responsive when we had questions about a anything related to the property abs check in process. This is a great property/area for a family gathering and we had such a wonderful time overall! We had 3 kids with us ages 4,6 and 9 and they loved the space and we had more then enough room for the 11 adults on the trip!

Nice property! Stayed 3 nights with multiple family members for extended family reunion - 13 people, and we had 2 unused rooms(!) - ages 2-93. Nice fire area, AC in all bedrooms and living room, decent kitchen, good hangout and living space, game room in decent repair. Responsive host if questions or something needed attention. Thankfully all of the older people were okay with the stairs once or twice a day - while there are 4 bedrooms 1st floor, the main floor (with kitchen/dining/living room space & 3 bedrooms) is upstairs. Note: the community amenities are 12/per person PER DAY - but Tobyhanna State Park is a 15min drive and free, so we did that - nice park and beach.

We had a good time with friends. Place was clean and host was amazingly communicative and responsive. House is a DIY quick rental build on inside IYKYK. We sent photos of some small issues at check in but didn’t want to bother with fix (door hinge slightly off, broken cabinet door handle, slightly broken barstool, minor stuff) even though the host offered to send maintenance. Some bathroom lights worked while some bulbs didn’t. The place can sleep 16 comfortably (top full bunk too close to ceiling) and place advertises 20. Ad does not state you have to buy passes for 12/day per person to use the advertised pools and lake beach. For Labor Day weekend that would have been 12x3daysX20 people which is another 720 on top of the rent. House doesn’t have central AC, but window units. Two of the bedrooms don’t have AC. Basement level/garage turned game room was great, just cold and felt damp. Living room fits 6 comfortably and dining area maybe 12. Outside seating on balcony for 3 and fire pit for 5. These should be disclosed for a place that boasts can fit 20. The community amenities place will only give 10 passes for the pool and beach if you want to buy them -that is the max. We had fun but would not stay here again.

Our church men's group of 15 had a fantastic 2 days of fun & fellowship at this place. Depending on your preference you can have fun at this place indoors or outdoors with game room, grilling or just chilling by the fireplace outside. This place is also neart to great hiking trails and other fun activities nearby. There house was clean, there were enough beds and rooms to accommodate all of us.
