-Pantry and laundry room with a stack washer and dryer.

GUEST BED
-Queen bed, 45" smart TV with Roku & ceiling fan.

MASTER SUITE
-King bedroom, 65" smart TV with Roku, ceiling fan.

DOOR ACCESS:
The front gate & door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Guests are required to sign the renter agreement to receive the door code. You will get a personalized door code 3 days prior to check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Enjoy the entire place to yourself.

STARTER PACK Consisting of a dishwasher tablet, a paper towel roll, toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, dish soap & sponge. Longer stays may require a trip to purchase extra of these items. Shampoo and other toiletries, condiments, ground coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, zip lock bags, and foil are NOT provided.

OCCUPANCY is 6 persons, maximum 4 adults. Note: If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy can result in many issues, including a fine from local authorities for not adhering to fire safety.

This place was absolutely amazing. Nothing but perfection. Nicole was very responsive and the place had everything you could think of from beach chairs to plenty of towles for the whole family. We will definitely be back this summer. The gold cart rental was super easy and Philip was very nice and super helpful as well. 10/10 recommend

Great weekend getaway!

This condo was perfect for a long weekend getaway! Easy walk to the beach and our kids loved coming back to the pool. Very convenient wagon and beach supplies available with the condo. We also used the complementary beach chair and umbrella service with Forgotton Coast Beach Co, would highly recommend.

From the super detailed welcome information, to checking on us after check in and the check out information, everything was amazing! The condo was stocked extremely well and the beach chair service was just the cherry on top! Highly recommend this location!!!

Home away from home

We had a very nice stay at the condo. It was clean, comfortable and very homey. Just a quick walk to the beach. This was our first time to Mexico Beach. I would stay there again for sure.

Perfect little getaway!

We wanted something a little slower than some of the other popular destinations on the pan handle and this delivered! This condo was nicely appointed and very conveniently located. All of the shops and little restaurants were very welcoming, well priced and good! We will definitely be back again and have already recommended this condo to friends. We miss it already.

Quiet, Relaxing, Anniversary Trip

Rest A Shore is a great condo. It was just as it was described in listing. If you are looking for a restful, relaxing, and peaceful place to stay, this is it. The easy walk to the beach leads you 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas. You can enjoy the beach all day long. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Pre arrival the host was very thorough with details of check in and details for our stay. The condo was very clean , great location and, easy access to the beach. Highly recommended and would stay again.
