Sun & Fun at The Swell Club 30A (with golf cart!)

Welcome to The Swell Club! We have everything you need for a fun stay on 30A: a large balcony for morning coffee, a fully-equipped kitchen, two king size beds and a pullout sofa, smart TVs, a spa shower, and an inviting and airy living area. We also have a new 6-seater golf cart you can use to get around the 30A! We are about a 30-second walk to the large and friendly resort pool. When you stay at The Swell Club, you’ll be a quick zip to the most beautiful beaches in the country. Daily entertainment, restaurants, and shops are just across the street at The Big Chill.

The Space
The Swell Club features soaring 12-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen, and Roku smart TVs for your streaming enjoyment in the living room and each of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and a large shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed, and the adjacent bathroom has a shower/tub combination. There is a full-size washer/dryer and a crib and a highchair for anyone traveling with little ones. The comfortable sofa features a queen size pullout bed. The living space is entirely on the second floor after you enter the home at the ground level.

Amenities
You will enjoy access to two neighborhood resort style pools (heated seasonally), offering poolside chairs, cabanas, grills, and a fitness center. The Swell Club provides beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas for your stay.

Notes
No one under age 25 may rent. Parent of anyone under 25 must be on premises for the duration of the stay.
No pets. Animals are prohibited due to family and guest allergies.
No smoking.
No parties or events.
Parking is available for one vehicle only.

Location, Beaches, Golf Carts & Bikes
Minutes to Watersound, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. Equal distance and easy bike ride to Seaside and Rosemary Beach.
There are two beach access points about 0.5 miles away - the beautiful Deer Lake State Park to the west and Gulf Lakes Access to the east.
Golf carts can be easily rented through 30A Gulf Carts - this is the only golf cart rental service for Prominence. Please contact Adam at https://30agulfcarts.com/and he can deliver your golf cart directly to our home for you and pick it up upon departure.
