Beautiful Place, Great Location

Wife and I spent a long weekend here for our anniversary. Beautiful views from the upstairs porch. Place was clean and well stocked. Walking distance to good eats. Definitely one of our favorite anniversaries so far.

Amazing Getaway!

This place is wonderful and located perfectly. We were there for 5 days and only drove our car once. We walked and rode bikes everywhere we went. Wonderful experience. We would stay here again.

Our vacation to Seaside was absolutely perfect! It was an amazing visit in a perfect location and cottage! The property management company is the best we’ve ever experienced. They were helpful and prompt and made sure we had everything we needed. We really could not have asked for more!

Amazing house on the beach in the heart of Seaside

We could not be happier with our stay at Salty Glass. This was our first VRBO experience and have always been skeptical of what the property “really” will be. This was the perfect experience! Beautiful home, right in the beach, steps from beach access and 2 mins to the heart of Seaside. Great, responsive property management team! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Beach House

Beautiful beach home with great ocean views. Home is perfect for 2 and uses space wisely to provide everything you need. Loved sitting on the porch swing every evening and having breakfast outdoor every morning. Great location. Close to beach access and the square. Bikes included were a nice addition. Clean with comfortable bed. Would definitely return.

perfect stay, perfect location, perfect views. I love the brightness and airiness of the space. I would love to see the bed upgraded to a higher quality mattress other than that there is nothing holding us back from renting this beautiful space.

Great location the exterior needs some TLC

The location is fabulous we could walk everywhere! The interior was great comfortable bed, everything we needed in the kitchen. The property management co was so responsive! Our only complaint was the front door it really needs to be replaced and the exterior of the house needs to be painted especially the front and the porches luckily the incredible view of the ocean makes you not notice that so much.

Gorgeous little cottage with spectacular views of Gulf

We absolutely loved our stay at the Salty Glass Cottage, during Spring Break. I can’t say enough great things about this cozy and beautifully decorated cottage . The views were spectacular and the location was within a few minutes walking distance to all the food trucks and restaurants. We avoided the crowds of Spring Break by going to dinner early and bringing food in to enjoy on the deck, while watching the sunset. Don’t let the location stop you from booking this place, it was peaceful and we never heard the traffic during Spring Break. You park on the main road (30A) and walk a very very short distance to the cottage, which is actually right on the beach and steps away to the Pensacola Pavilion, which gives you access to the beach. Our teen boys loved the location and the bikes provided by the rental company, and said it was the best Spring Break ever. My husband and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day at the beach. The King bed slept great and the linens were soft and cozy. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely book again. The only little thing I may suggest to the owners/ Sanders beach rentals, is to provide a couple of extra thick blankets and extra pillows for the pullout sofa in the living room, as the nights were a little chilly. Thank you Mary Anne & Paul for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

Property fantastic, customer experience not so great

Loved the property, loved the location - very nicely appointed and cozy. Upon our arrival, our parking space was filled with construction equipment and materials for roofing an adjacent property. After being told to find a public parking space by the property management company, the Security manager found us a spot (took about 45 min). We booked the property for 3 nights and at 7-ish am, the roofers started sawing and nailing the roof on the adjacent property - this lasted ALL day. Upon reaching out to the property management team that morning, the response was 'sorry, but we had no way of knowing this was going to happen' with no accommodation being made. The contractor said that the permit & notification had been booked for ~1 month. We shared that we would not have booked this location had we known that the construction was taking place. No response from the property management company. Really poor customer experience in a service-based business. As long as there are no actual issues, this property is great but it felt like the property management company was purely transactional.

This is a superb place to stay on Seaside...just a minute walk to the shops, 1 minute walk to the private beach, bikes provided along with a beautiful deck to watch the waves and everything inside perfect! Enjoy!!
