Perfect Location, Perfect Stay!

We stayed here with our 4 month old son on our first family vacation and it was the perfect spot! We wanted to have a short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops and this was tucked away right behind the main circle. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived and the check-in/out instructions were easy to follow. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great beach stay!

Main living room is large with two comfortable sofas. Screened porches on both front and back of house. Separate laundry room in back of kitchen. Perfect home and perfect location !

Our first trip to Seaside and this was perfect set up and location for us. We were able to walk to the beach and to eat. Could not have been more pleased. Plan to return and stay here when we do!

It really has everything we want - big open living room, stocked kitchen & coffee setup, screened in porch and comfortable king bed. Perfect for a couple, and the second bedroom makes it a great option for kids or even another couple. Short walk to town and to the beach. Doesn’t get much better!

Fantastic Cottage

Lady on the Beach is exactly as described. And there are lots of extra little touches that make your stay so comfortable! Sally is so easy to work with and always accessible for any questions or concerns. We could not have asked for a better stay in Seaside!

Another lovely stay at Lady on the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th stay at Lady on the Beach. It's always a wonderful beach vacation there in Seaside. The house is lovely, fully equipped for the beach (extra chair, boogie boards, beach pail), gourmet kitchen, recently renovated bathrooms, games for rain days. The location can't be beat on a quiet side street one block from Seaside Central and 2 blocks from the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time in Seaside celebrating my husband’s birthday and a friend’s retirement and we couldn’t have picked a better house. Walking distance to town center and the beach. House was perfect and offered a great kitchen and a gas grill if you wanted to cook at home. We plan to return to Seaside and would definitely stay at Lady on the Beach again.

Nice screened in front and back porches. Nice Kitchen with subzero fridge and new washer & dryer. The property sits along the nice bike paths that take you all over Seaside. Beautiful space, tastefully furnished, very convenient to town square, restaurants, beach and pool.
