Stay at the Livermore Firefly Guesthouse!

This cozy 2 bed/1 bath is newly remodeled and perfect for families, couples, and co-workers. It is part of a one story triplex and offers all the comforts of home. Just 2 blocks from Downtown Livermore you can walk to an array of amazing restaurants and shops or BBQ at home on the private outdoor patio.

The bedrooms have king and queen beds and the living room offers a comfortable American Leather Comfort Sleeper sofabed (no bars in your back!), sleeping a total of 6 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster and blender.

The smart TV is ready for you to enter your own account information to watch Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, or you can watch the Roku channel or Xfinity app without an account - no logging in required. The Roku channel has both movies and TV shows, and the Xfinity app has some basic cable channels like NBC, CBS, KRON4, FOX2, KTVU.

There is a washer/dryer in the unit for our guests who are on extended stays and need to refresh their laundry. Please bring your favorite laundry detergent and consumables.

Have kids? We have a bassinet, pack n play, high chair, booster seat, baby bathtub, stroller and baby monitors on site! Please request which items you would like to use when you make your reservation.

Perfect Escape

The guesthouse is a perfect escape from the busy Bay Area while being close to the action. Excellent downtown restaurants nearby. Secluded outdoor space is a great gathering space and comfortable amenities inside make for a great stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent option near downtown Livermore

Had a great stay at this property. The interior is very comfortable and nicely decorated with new furniture and appliances. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is A+ if you want to be near downtown as well. Definitely recommend it.

Very comfortable and well stocked place to stay. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/utensils/appliances for everything we needed. We were traveling with our 1 year old and they had everything we needed, from bath toys and wash cloths, to the pack n play. They even had some toys and a play kitchen that helped keep him entertained. The patio area was nice and enclosed so he could play out there as well. There was even an orange tree with fresh, juicy oranges. The only negative was that the air conditioning was a mini split in the living room/kitchen area. It was a hot weekend while we were there and we had to keep the bedroom doors open to keep the rooms cool enough to sleep. (The beds were very comfortable though!). We would stay there again (as long as it wasn’t during a heatwave)!

Cute, nice and tidy

Very well kept, super clean and organized. Has all the bells and whistles and close to downtown. Owner was able to get us in earlier as requested and no issues with the late checkout request. Thank you!

World Series trip

We stayed in Livermore to see my son play in the World Series and this location was absolutely perfect. 9min away from Max Baer Field, 10 min away from so many amazing vineyards, 20 min away from the gorgeous views of Del Valle beach, and only a stroll from the cutest little downtown area filled with shops and restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed even coffee. The property manager was very accommodating and easy to get in contact with. We fully loved our stay.

This was the perfect retreat for a quiet family visit. Check in and check out instructions were easy and clear. Everything you need is available, and the oranges on the tree were so delicious! Amy was friendly and helpful in her communication.
