The main living space, newly renovated, has a 65" TV and open floor plan allowing for activities and gatherings. The kitchen has new appliances (except the refrigerator though it is in great working condition) and lighting. There is one assigned parking space in the back of the house as well as a hose rinsing station, and free street parking out front. With 3 bedrooms, this house can comfortably accommodate 9 people. Front bedroom has a queen bed and 42" TV, middle bedroom has twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle in addition to a separate twin, and master has a queen bed with 50" TV, separate bathroom and access to the back deck.
