Welcome to Ocean Oasis, a pet-friendly, beach-block home just steps from the Ocean City boardwalk and close to shopping and dining on Asbury Avenue.
Located between 11th & 12th Street beaches, this first-floor 3BR / 2BA condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The updated, fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area are perfect for family meals after a day at the beach.
Enjoy the sea breeze from the front porch and relax in the bright, comfortable living area—ideal for movie nights or board games.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Two bedrooms with queen beds
• One bedroom with double bunk beds

🚗 Two dedicated parking spots located directly across from the property
🏖️ Six beach tags included (Guest supply their own beach items/chairs)
