Located in Franklin, NC, Pleasant Hill Getaway is a charming, quiet, separate lower level apartment nestled in a lush and blooming garden of a private home. Situated in the rolling hills of The Blue Ridge Mountains, Pleasant Hill Getaway offers comfort and relaxation after your latest fun and thrilling adventure. Only a few short minutes from Franklin's Main Street with boutique shopping, restaurants, coffeehouses, and the Scottish Tartan Museum. Two local Breweries right in town. Or travel to neighboring areas to steep yourself in quiet green forests and sparkling waterfalls.

One large bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably, with plenty of room to spread out your luggage and bags.
One bath with spacious walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, small desk area, living room with large smart TV with cable & internet streaming, outdoor porch seating to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a late afternoon snack in the warmth of the western sun.

Guests have private entrance & parking, air conditioning and heat, excellent cell service, internet and cable.
No pets allowed. No parties allowed. Smoking permitted only in outdoor porch area.
Security cameras outdoors in the parking area.

Owner lives in the top 2 stories of this private home with its own private entrance and parking.

Great little hideaway within Franklin!

Accommodations were more spacious than expected. Bruce was a great communicator and we loved our say. It’s so close yet you feel hidden away inside the neighborhood. Love the quick trip into town but yet not feeling like you’re in the middle of the city. Beautiful landscaping on the property make it all that much more of a great hideaway. Will definitely stay here again!

Great property has all you need for a stay short or longer. We only stayed 3 nights, the place is well equipped, comfy bed, fast internet and in the middle of town.Definitely recommend this place.

A little gem just outside of town

Perfect! Clean, easy check in. Host is very responsive. Great kitchen. Updated decor, very comfy bed. I'd definitely stay againhere again.

Pleasant Hill Getaway.

My wife and I stayed here for a three day getaway and absolutely loved the place. The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you would need on your vacation. A Mountain Retreat

This was the best vacation lodging I have found in my many trips to the NC mountains. The location, price, amenities, and attention to detail were perfect for my stay. Five stars seems like an understatement.

Great Place

This property is wonderful. Has so many amenities, and very clean. Bruce has a great eye for details. It’s in such a peaceful place. Has a great porch to sit and relax with a great view. Definitely would recommend and will be booking again. This is our second time there. Thank you Bruce!
