Powder Bear Summit (aka Mountain Lodge #323) is recently remodeled and ready to enjoy! Mountain Lodge is in a prime Snowshoe Village location, literal steps away from the Ballhooter lift and all the Village amenities! The condominium is ideal for families, as it contains a brand, new indoor skating rink and large adventure playground. This is central Snowshoe Village lodging at a great value. This condo has a relaxing, upscale vibe with lots of unique touches that we know you will enjoy!
The space
Powder Bear Summit is a cozy, owner-managed vacation home in the Mountain Lodge building in the heart of the Snowshoe Mountain Village. The location is ski on/ski off and close walking distance to Snowshoe Village restaurants and shops as well as Snowshoe’s main lift, the Ballhooter. Mountain Lodge is one of the original Snowshoe buildings, hence the fantastic location. The building management is working towards modernizing each season such as recently providing new exterior siding, new balconies, and other new amenities such as a Glice faux ice skating rink, large children’s playground and some on-site restaurants. Mountain Lodge has become the most family friendly building in all of Snowshoe! With the addition of the skating rink and a brand new adventure playground, this condominium is ideal for families. Being an original Snowshoe building, there is no central air conditioning however, in the warmer months, we do provide a portable air conditioning unit for your comfort. We have also recently renovated our individual unit to provide modern touches and extra comfort. The space consists of two full bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room with a pull out couch. One of the bedrooms contains a wood twin over queen bunk bed and the other room has a queen bed. Our remodel was completed in Fall 2022 and we have a new kitchen island, granite countertops, sink, kitchen lighting, new balcony, fresh paint and new bedroom flooring for you to enjoy. This cozy condo has lots of fun Bear-related decor, family games and new TVs with plenty of apps for you to enjoy. We know you will have an amazing stay at the Powder Bear Summit!
Other things to note
Private gated parking! Each guest has two available parking spaces in Mountain Lodge’s private lot. New to winter 2022/2023, great new amenities in Snowshoe Mountain Lodge condo! BRAND NEW ice skating rink in the main floor of Mountain Lodge! Two new restaurants are opening in the Mountain Lodge bottom level. Kids World ski school will also take place at Mountain Lodge! Also, a brand new playground area for your children to enjoy! The Adventure Playground at Mountain Lodge features a racing slide, tunnels, bridges, obstacle course, two spiral slides, rock climbing wall, and more.
