Welcome to The Modern Cactus Studio apartment, where contemporary meets comfort! Located in trendy South Scottsdale, this gem is tucked away on a quiet street, a quick 5 min to the Old Town Scottsdale scene, Mill Ave., Phoenix Zoo and The Botanical Gardens. It's also only 12 min to Sky Harbor Airport and many local attractions. Fold up the Murphy bed in the studio to stretch out or sip your coffee on the private patio.

The home has everything to make you feel at home—speedy 1GB WiFi, large flat screen TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu and ESPN), washer and dryer, well-equipped full kitchen and tableware.

100.00 host fee!!

It was a nice area but the room was small. and for a 100.00 “host fee” I expected more for a 200.00 night. It’s like a garage made into a bedroom/bathroom. It’s VERY loud. You can hear everything going on in the room next to you with attached neighbors talking and babies crying, Hand soap dispenser in bathroom was empty, microwave wasn’t working properly. I never received a message with the details on how to get in room (code) or what WiFi passcode was until I reached out asking for it. I think possibly the host thought he had sent it to me prior to my arrival but was mistaken, and didn’t receive the info until I reached out when we arrived there.

Great stay/location

This is a great location in Scottsdale. We were in Phx for the innings and the location was most important to us. With cost, location, and how responsive the host was this home easily get 5 stars. Nothing more then you need great if you're getting up early for the day and need a place for mid day rest or later night crash with plentyof privacy. Will be looking at renting again for my next trip. This easily beats out any hotel in the area.

Perfect space for a solo traveler or a couple. Everything you need and nothing you don't. The EV charger was a game changer for me as there aren't a ton of public chargers in PHX, so waking up to a full charge in the morning really minimizes the stress of charging your car while traveling. As clearly mentioned by the host, this is a small studio/ADU attached to the main house, so you will share walls with any guest using the main house. Wasn't an issue for me, but that's somewhat dependent on if you have considerate neighbors that aren't too loud at night. Host was very communicative and very pleasant. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I come back.
