Summary:
Are you a traveling medical professional looking to save money during your stint in Phoenix? If so, consider our recently renovated Avion Tiny Home! This recently renovated Avion Travel Trailer was equipped with a brand new heat pump AC is operated by remote control and will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The fully operational refrigerator and microwave are allow you to heat up your leftovers. Do you want to cook from scratch? The brand new propane cooktop is fully operational. The RV has been connected to permanent plumbing and the RV toilet has been replaced with a "real" fully operational toilet. Don't let the idea of staying in an RV scare you, this one is completely new on on the inside and offers everything an apartment would offer with more privacy and a lower price. Feel free to schedule a showing prior to committing!

25' Long 1960s era completely restored Vintage Avion brand RV

Guest Access:
Lockbox with code provided prior to arrival

The Neighborhood:
Very safe older Phoenix neighborhood

Other Things to Note:
1. This rental does not have use of the main house backyard or pool. There are no shared spaces between RV and Main House.

Improvements should be made.

Propane gas bottles were almost empty. Outdoor lounge chairs damaged and unusable, Entry door needs repaired. TV remote will not turn off/on TV, button on rear has to be used. 3 lights are broken and can't be used. 3-prong grounded electric plugs cannot be used, all the outlets are 2-prong. No adapters were available, I purchased adapters and left one. I installed a smoke detector b/c there was not one. Had to purchase and replace batteries in HVAC and TV remotes. Shower was too dirty to use. Hot water is scalding and should be lowered before someone is burned. I did not use dishes, propane stove or oven so can't comment on those items. Property was not clean. HVAC system worked fine. Propane and CO detectors should be installed. For my purposes the property was OK but others would find it lacking.
