Stroll to your own private access to beautiful Manasota Beach with miles of sandy beach and aquamarine water of the Gulf. The Bayside offers a walking easement to Lemon Bay. Sunsets are free. Wi-Fi, beach towels, umbrella & beach chairs are here ready for your visit. Newly updated space with beautiful granite and stainless steel appliances. Ground floor unit (no stairs) with screened lanai and large seating area. 



please note: we have a private deeded access to the Gulf. Recent high tides and high winds have reduced the beach area while Mother Nature decides what she wants. Sometimes it varies by day. Lemon Bay access is there, but limited.

This is a very cute apartment that is decorated nicely. The host wad very quick to communicate and to accommodate our schedule. There is sufficient parking.

I'll just say that we want to come back next! Absolute privacy, close to the beach, stores, etc all close by. It was just perfect for us.

Deborah was very responsive to getting us a few things that we needed. The area itself has a ways to go with cleaning up after the hurricane, but we still enjoyed it.

Great but a work in progress

The unit itself was clean and fit the bill for a quick getaway. Furniture was new. But realize that as of early March, this overall area is still very much under reconstruction. We had a few issues but overall the place was fine. The beach amenities weren't there for our unit. We had one chair, no umbrella, cart, cooler, or things we would hope to find and listed in the description. Not sure if they were borrowed by other unit occupants or just not there. You definitely can hear anyone occupying the upstairs unit, but that's not that uncommon, just not ideal when they get up every morning at 5AM. Host was very accessible and let us know ahead of time that the beach access is currently non-existent across the street. We were able to drive to a beach but parking is limited so it may or may not be available at times. This should get cleared up over time but wasn't as of our stay. Overall, a really nice property, just trying to get back to normal.
