The space
We love our little farm house. It's cozy and perfect for a family who wants to just get away, or who are attending events in the area.
The house is clean and tidy. The neighbors are friendly. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, with the exception of the occasional farm animal calling out to friends.
Guest access
This little house is in the perfect spot. There's 'old time' stores and home town restaurants 3 blocks to the South. And there's also new development with modern shopping and dining just to the North.
The San Tan Mountains 1 mile south provide beautiful hiking and horse trails, and we're 45 minutes from Down town Phoenix and Sky Harbor airport.
