The house was spacious so the entire family could relax and not be on top of each other. Parking in Pacific Beach can be challenging but was no problem with the two-car garage. Highly recommend this property!

Luxury accommodations

Very nice place, everything you need, comfortable beds, clean place. Could use something in the shorts to hold soap, shampoo, wash rag, towel etc. no complaints.

House was perfect for our family visit. It was a spacious house with a large kitchen. It also had garage parking which was very helpful. We ended up using the small outside area from the family room more than the roof top due to limited seating on the rooftop area. We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. The WiFi was slow and the refrigerator does not have water or ice hook up so we ended up buying bottled water and ice. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer but the dryer did not work well and we let them know it was not working properly. Overall a great location and great house for a family visit! We would stay there again.

We really appreciate the detailed review and are so glad the spacious layout, large kitchen, garage parking, and prime location made for a great family visit! Thank you for letting us know about the dryer during your stay so we could look into it, and we appreciate the feedback regarding the WiFi and rooftop seating. We also keep a close eye on appliance details to ensure future guests know what to expect. We are happy that you still had a wonderful time overall, and we would love to welcome your family back anytime!

Karen, Thank you for staying. We have not had any issues with the WiFi, as all devices run off this, even on the rooftop. We will definitely speak with the owner about replacing some of the furniture.
