This beautiful 2019, 4 bedroom home is in the center of the action in Lexington, yet in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Located 5 minutes from the airport, Keeneland racetrack, Kentucky Horse park, UK, and a distillery right on the bourbon trail. This wonderful home is the perfect place to base your Kentucky adventure. Our home has 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths, 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, 1 twin bed, and one sofa mattress. Our linens are amazing, our mattress our always comfortable and the pillows give you a choice of firmness. When your not inside watching the 75" UHD television, you can sit out back and smoke up your dinner on the TRAEGER! smoker. We provide you enough pellets for one cook. The kitchen is fully stocked with blenders, crock pots, mixers, baking, we also have a standard coffee maker and a Kuerig for whatever your preference.

Beautiful home

Our group attended the Kentucky 3-day and found this home to be close to everything we needed. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. We were a bit disappointed that the listing stated there was a hot tub and there was not but it worked out as we utilized the stay for sleeping mostly. There is a jacuzzi tub in the master suite but that is different than a hot tub. Communication was clear and prompt. Thank you for a great weekend!

Comfortable home

The home was clean and comfortable did not have 4 bedrooms as described. There is a den upstairs that was made into a “bedroom” but it had no doors and had to walk thru it to get to the 3rd bedroom. So could not utilize that room ultimately.

AEC trip at KHP

We had a great stay at this house!! Quick trip to the horse park that we made multiple trips to a day for a competition. Kitchen had all nessesities even basic spices. The Four Roses was a really nice touch!

We had a great time. The house was in a great location, had plenty of beds and a common area including kitchen and living room for us to enjoy our time together. We would come back again next year.

Kentucky Castle trip

We spent New Year’s Eve at the castle so this home was located close by and was perfect for the 6 of us! We would choose this home again for sure!

Kind, Clean, Comfortable

We had a wonderful stay in Lexington over the weekend although for unfortunately circumstances. We were in town for a funeral but the property presented no additional discomfort. All spaces were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us.The owners were extremely responsive when any questions arose.

Keeneland Weekend

Great location if heading to the track. Property is easy to find and very clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen has everything you need and plenty of space to gather and hang out.

Great place to stay

We absolutely loved staying here. The location was perfect. A short drive to Kroger Field for the game and downtown for dinner. Great location for hitting a few of the distilleries on the bourbon trail. The house is in a fantastic neighborhood. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Lawn well groomed and maintained. Stocked with coffee and other necessities in the pantry. Loved the extra touch of leaving a welcome gift for us to enjoy. Property manager was quick to respond with a question I had in regards to check in. We will definitely make this our house of choice to stay at when in Lexington. We’ll be back!

I would stay here again

I was delighted with our stay here. The house is nicely furnished, modern, clean, and has a well-stocked kitchen. The location was very central. We spent most of our time at the Kentucky Horse Park, which was less than 15 minutes away but we could also get downtown in 15-20 minutes. The only thing I would change on the listing is that it's really a 3-bedroom house with a bonus room that sleeps 3 more people. The bonus room is more of an open den without a door. There is no closet or privacy. Overall, everything was great and the host had great communication.

I take pride in delivering wonderful experiences in everything I do. I want nothing more than to be sure you get a 5 star experience when staying with us.

This neighborhood is right in the middle of the perfect triangle in Lexington. 5 minutes from Keeneland race track, 5 miles from the airport, 5 miles from University of Kentucky Rupp arena, 5 miles from the nearest distillery. And the neighborhood is beautiful near great stores and restaurants.

This home is Newly Furnished and the home is very lightly used, built in 2019 with one small family that owned it before so it is in perfect shape. We have gone through the property and made it perfect. We have excellent indoor and outdoor furniture. 5 TV's one in each bedroom and a 75" in the living room.
