Our townhome is located in the Clearbrook condo community which abuts the White Mountain National forest and is directly across the street from Loon Mountain. Our location offers close proximity to hiking, skiing and town amenities and you'll also have access to tons of amenities during your stay such as: indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis, playground, picnic areas and fitness area.
There is a ski shuttle available in winter months from the community to Loon Mountain as well.

Tucked away just off the Kangamangus Highway, the home sleeps 6 comfortably and is an ideal location for viewing fall foliage or visiting local attractions such as the Ice Castles, Whales Tail water park, Clark’s Bears, Loon Mountain or Cannon Mountain for skiing, mountain biking and disc golf, Lost River Gorge and more!

Bedroom 1: private master bedroom on lower level with walk-out slider for fresh air in the morning with king bed, full-bath. Included on this level is the washer drier. closet, heating unit all flooded in wonderful natural light.
Bedroom 2 is on the upper level of the home and offers a bunk bed with a full bed on the lower bunk and twin bed on the top. A full en suite bath with shower complete this area.

All bedrooms are accessible via a short half staircase as this townhome offers multi floor living.
