Nice clean condo. Living room furniture was not the most comfortable. The dishwasher did not work and the toaster did not work properly. Pool area was nice and location was convenient to beaches and other attractions.

Fantastic host and stay!

David was fantastic, accommodating, and very communicative throughout the entire process; from booking the property and all the way through checking out of it.The place was as described and my family & I enjoyed our stay there. We would definitely be interested in staying here again when we come back to visit Melbourne.

The dishwasher and toaster were not working. No extra blankets. The place was very clean other than trash left in trash cans and some dog hair on back side of futon in living room.

Liked the size, location and cleanliness of the condo. The problem we had was when we got there the dishwasher wasn't working. We checked in on Saturday and contacted the host on Monday morning that it wasn't working. Repairman finally came on Wednesday morning and said it could not be fixed. We let the host know this and was ghosted. We called and text both host numbers several times with no response. We felt like the host cleaning crew should have know that it wasn't working because the dishes in the cabinets that they put away (I assume) were dirty. It would have been nice for the host to have communicated better with us(and even called us because we never had a phone conversation with them), instead of just not returning our calls or texts. Maybe even have given a little bit of a refund for the inconvenience. We also read that the dishwasher was working in December in a review, so maybe that should have been something the host was paying attention too. My biggest issue with all of it was that the host never called us back and at least explained if it was going to be fixed or not.
