About this space
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. I will accept and welcome all guests from all backgrounds You will be in quiet neighborhood, roomy yet cozy with light & airy spaces. Come relax at this modern newly 2023 remodeled place with a unique flair! It has large common area for gathering but separate rooms, floors for privacy/quiet time. The large backyard is a bonus. It is pet friendly. You will be minutes from the beach(s), restaurants, theme parks, shopping and medical.
The space
The house is tri-level with large sitting visiting area, TV recreation area, three bedrooms plus futon and two bathrooms. There is laundry area as well. There is Wifi and three streaming TV's in the home.
Guest access
You will have full access to the whole house. Pet's have access to the backyard and two kennels are provided to leave them inside home if you leave. I ask that you do not leave pets unattended unless in kennel.
Other things to note
This home has been completely remodeled this year for your comfort. This is quiet friendly neighborhood. It is very safe for walking and enjoying the great outdoors. “My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups.
