The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, and the home is stocked with tons of games to keep both kids and adults entertained.

Outdoor furniture has been stored for the fall and winter seasons to protect it from weather-related damage

A quick reminder to help ensure a smooth stay:
- Please do not unplug the door panel. Doing so will limit your access to the home, and a team member will need to be dispatched to restore the connection. This will result in a service fee.
- The router should only be unplugged for a quick reset—anything beyond that can interrupt systems and will also require in-person support and a service fee.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture. We aim to keep the home consistent with its listing photos for every guest. If something isn't working for your group, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help. Moving furniture back will also incur an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a reservation cancellation, a credit card processing fee of 4% of the total reservation amount will be applied and deducted from any refund issued.
