Important Details for Your Stay:
• Parking: 1 pass included with reservation; 1 additional pass can be purchased upon request
• Rental Agreement & Guest List: After booking, you’ll receive an email to complete your rental agreement and provide a guest list. A copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license is required. Check-in details will only be provided after this is completed.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.
• Contactless Check-In: You will receive a door code and check-in instructions 3 days before arrival as long as all required information is provided.
• Minimum Age of Primary Renter: 25 years old (No third-party bookings allowed).

To get you started, a starter kit is provided, including:

Amazing family week in the sun!

Jubilee At The Sea is exactly what I would describe our week!! The condo was the perfect space for our family of 5! We utilized the balcony for countless hours …breakfast…lunch and dinner all on the balcony!! The condo is in the perfect area of town. Within walking distance too many restaurants and shops! The owners were amazing at communication!! We look forward to booking with them in the future.

Wonderful condo!

We had the best time! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. The photos don’t do it justice, it was decorated beautifully. The owner was very prompt with answers to out questions. We will definately stay here again!

Stay in Gulf Shores

One of the best places we have stayed in Gulf Shores! It was very very clean. Tons of amenities. The pool and hot tub were so nice and my kids loved the swim through area to go to the inside pool. I also loved the walk down to the ocean because my feet weren’t getting burnt the whole way down to the ocean. Will absolutely stay there again! This is a great family place.

The property was perfect. The size fit the 4 of us great. The 11th floor gives you amazing views. Its close to everything. Food, shopping etc. Its literally just steps away from the beach. The email with the information could explain the parking pass situation a little better other than that it was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

A relaxing and clean place to stay!

The condo was very nice and is conveniently located near everything you would need. The general store across the street is very close walking distance and has all of your basic needs. Getting to the beach is super easy and the reserved parking spot is such a plus! I highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful Gulf shore view with comfort

When the weather cooperated, the water was very beautiful. We got to see dolphins go by on a few different days. Not being able to see the sun setting into the water was disappointing for me. The condo was as described in the listing.

Great getaway and service

Second stay in Gulf Shores. Great property and location. The host was very responsive when we advised that the hot tub was not working and it was remedied quickly. The pool is not swim through during the “off season” but not a big deal. We would stay again, very satisfied!

Beautiful beach condo

Fabulous stay at the ocean!

My wife and I loved staying at Jubilee By the Sea! The place was very clean and the view was spectacular. We even enjoyed watching some dolphins swim by in the am. Easy access to the beach, pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Gulf Shores condo!!

We had a wonderful time. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. You couldn’t ask for a better view. Not having to hike down a long boardwalk to the beach was fantastic!! We will definitely contact them again on our next vacation back to Gulf Shores.

Wonderful girls' trip to Gulf Shores

This was my second time staying at "Jubilee by the Sea", and once again, it did not disappoint! The condo is beautifully decorated, and has everything you could want or need for your stay. The balcony is big, with plenty of seating options. That is where I enjoyed my cup of coffee, watching the beautiful sunrises and the dolphins every morning. 😊 I highly recommend staying here. I know I will be the next time I come to Gulf Shores.

Amazing View

The Condo was just as pictured. Very cute and beachy! The kitchen had everything you might need and the beds were comfortable. Easy access to the beautiful beach and great views from the balcony! Enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place with stunning view

Great communication with owner. Very clean, well stocked for dinners in. Beds were comfortable. Balcony was well equipped with seating for all, with amazing views of the gulf. Would highly recommend.

Overall a nice place!

Loved the view from balcony & inside is modernized. We only had few minor issues such as the bathroom towel holder was so loose It broke. We also never got ice maker to work. The hot tub water is not hot at all. Very safe place though resort

We love the Gulf Shores area and love to visit as often as we can. When we are away we choose to host families that are looking to have a great vacation and make lifelong memories! One of our favorite things to do is go for a walk on the beach picking up shells and see all the families there having the time of their lives.

This unit is walking distance to the Hangout, only 1 mile! It is walking distance to many souvenir shops & restaurants. You will not find a unit that has a better view than this one!

YOU WILL NOT FIND A UNIT WITH A BETTER VIEW! THIS UNIT HAS GREAT VIEWS OF THE GULF AND THE LAGOON!

We love the indoor/outdoor pool that is heated and the hot tub. When we are in town during the cooler seasons its nice to have a place to go for a swim or just relax in the outdoor hot tub.

There are many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby.
