Black Mountain Pine House New construction, close to town!

Stunning new construction, June 2023! This modern home has a style all of its own. You will have all of the luxuries of your own home and more. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, a peaceful and private outdoor area for socializing & an EV charger for your convenience are just a few things this gem has to offer.

The Pine House is immaculately decorated, squeaky clean with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. Cozy indoor living area and kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 large bedrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) each with their own private full bathroom. The downstairs bathroom has a full sized tub/shower combo while the upstairs bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. We have a patio in front under the covered porch with a cozy loveseat and table for sipping your coffee in the mornings. There is a spacious private area on the side of the home with a propane fire pit and Adirondack chairs for relaxing and socializing. You will love it!

Our tiny home style kitchen is efficient but will meet all of your needs during your stay. We do not have a dining table due to restricted space, but do have a table in the LR that folds out to seat 4 for dining or will also make into a nice desk for your home office needs. Guests will have access to the entire home and outside spaces. There is no shared living space. The driveway is shared with the guests and tenant of our other rental property, The Filling Station. Check it out for booking if your party is larger than 4. The Filling Station sleeps 6 comfortably.

Only a 3 minute drive to downtown Black Mountain and a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Lake Tomahawk, which is a great place to get some morning exercise. There is a playground at the lake if you have kiddos and want to let them play.
