Relax in this spacious, sea view, ground floor studio with air-conditioner, access to our 40'x16' INFINITY POOL & Overwater Deck located at the edge of Belize City and Ladyville Village 0.4 mile or a 9-minute walk from a Restaurant, Bar, and Casino, 0.7 mile from a Convenience Store, and 5 miles from the Airport and downtown Belize City.

It has a queen bed with a beautiful padded headboard, a chest of drawers with a mirror, a closet, digital TV, a large refrigerator, a cabinet, a microwave, a coffee maker, tableware, a dining set, a sofa, an overhead fan, purified water, and WiFi.

COLD DRINKS are on sale. Food delivery, Airport Pickup/Dropoff, Tours, Pre-approved Breakfast, and Vehicle Rental services are available.

Spacious, comfortable condo.

The condo was very clean & spacious with sufficient a/c. True to it's name there is a great view. The location is close to the airport. Zenaida was a most helpful hostess, offering information on local attractions & history of Belize. Her colleague, Raymond also enlightened us on Belize. Thank you Zenaida & Raymond.

here is a great view of the ocean

The building that this suite is in is really cool. The staff that manage the place are very responsive and have great communication. The suite itself was very nice for the value. I loved all the windows and the breeze that comes off of the ocean. We didn't really need the air conditioning. There is a great view of the ocean and the lagoon from the private balcony. The balcony has windows all around that can protect you from wind and rain if the weather is bad, or you can open up the windows and let the fresh sea air in. The only draw back was that there is no beach there that you can use. So, we only stayed for one night and carried on to find the beach vacation we were looking for. I had not really researched the area prior to coming to Belize, so I was not sure of the area and what it had to offer. But this property is great for those who are looking to go on tour and discover the city and do other tours.

Met with amazing hospitality. Trip to Belize would not be complete without Anthony. The house was always met with cleanliness and the view was breathtaking. Definitely will be back!

The place was clean with a beautiful view

Zenaida and Daisy were wonderful hosts. They were incredibly quick to respond to our questions and helped us book two tours. Daisy drove us to both the tours and pointed out landmarks along the way. Having a kitchen was a huge plus. The place was clean with a beautiful view.

If you're looking for a sign to book this place, this is it

If you're looking for a sign to book this place, this is it. We arrived in Belize and was greeted by our driver Daisy who was very friendly and helpful and took us to the grocery store on the way. The actual accommodations were gorgeous, floor to ceiling windows with water all around you and a huge deck with a hammock. Comfort, cute and clean. Will definitely take your breath away. One thing to note though is it's located in a quiet neighborhood so you would need a car or taxi to get to restaurants or the city.
