The entire apartment is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hospitality closet which contains our cleaning and restocking supplies and a locked utility closet which contains the water heater.

There's ample, free street parking in front of the entryway to the unit, around the corner/down the block, and across the street. Please do not block the crosswalks, any driveways or fire hydrants.

No parties, events, or gatherings allowed—violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Please ensure your guest count is accurate and let us know of any changes.

Please note that neighboring units may be occupied during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a peaceful environment. Passing and nearby traffic noise may also be heard at times.

AVAILABILITY: Our calendar is up to date and accurate. If your requested dates are showing as available, you are welcome to proceed with your booking!

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We only allow up to two dogs; no cats or other animals. This is non-negotiable.
We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee.

No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
