Regional Convention

This is a great space. Check in smooth and easy. Kitchen had all you need, clean and practical. Parking was limited based upon open business hours. Other than that, enjoyed the stay!!

A gem.

A great place to stay in RVA. Super location, the apartment has all you need inside and out. Tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen but you won’t have to use it if you don’t want to. Pizza, ramen, ice cream, cocktails, delicious sandwiches …. All a few steps from the place and yet it is a quiet street. Highly recommend.

Beautiful

What a beautiful apartment! This was just perfect for my stay while visiting my son. Church Hill is a wonderful area of Richmond. I loved getting my coffee each morning at Sub Rosa and a few snacks at Union Market. The neighborhood is so charming. The apartment was very clean and I felt right at home. I will definitely book again for my next trip.

Great neighborhood! Convenient. Clean. Safe. Easy. Walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee.

Church Hill neighborhood is great. Place is perfect for a couple & has everything you need. Never had trouble parking. Traffic is a little noisy, but I slept fine and I’m a light sleeper. Will definitely stay here again.

A gem for one person or a couple in excellent location

I loved this place and will definitely try to stay again the next time I’m in Richmond. Check-in was a completely smooth process. The apartment was immaculate and quiet and well-appointed with everything one should expect and need. Daniil even had a complimentary and very drinkable bottle of local red wine waiting on the Kitchen island when I arrived after a long trip. Perfect touch! The instruction manual was clear and filled with good suggestions for local spots. Wifi worked great, and the bed, towels, sheets, pillows and sofa & chairs were all comfy. I felt very at home. Easy 5 stars. Cheers, Daniil— and to Eileen!

Amazing hidden gem

This beautiful, classy, top notch apartment meets all of your needs!! All high end appliances, furniture, and exquisite drapes to high thread count sheets!! A home away from home, perfect for 1-2 people to comfortably stay and be close to great dining. Parking is right outside and there are 2 doors with electronic keypads entrances for extra safety. The host is very accessible and very accommodating. Highly recommended! Thanks for your hospitality!!

PERFECT Richmond stay

I just loved everything about this stay. The unit is exactly as pictured and honestly even more impressive in person. Felt so comfortable through my stay, spacious, comfy bed, great place to work AND relax. Neighborhood was great with many cute restaurants and a little market (Union market) where you can get lunch/dinner and stock up the fridge. Daniil was a great host and very accommodating. I just can’t say how much I love EileenRVA and will definitely book here next time I am in Richmond.

Perfect Place!

My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. He lives in Chesapeake and I live in Alexandria, so we met up halfway. It was so clean and very welcoming! The only critique I would give is that the skillet at the apartment is stainless steel and you need a lot of butter or oil for it not to stick, I would recommend including more than the one skillet. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Well appointed, cozy and great neighborhood

This condo exceeded my expectations. It was like staying at a friend's house with the cozy, well thought out items they have. Nice blankets if you need them to sleep or curl up on the couch. They included even more bathroom extras than most nice hotels. And the bottle of wine to welcome you as you walk in was an extra nice touch. The building is quiet and getting in and out was easy and I felt very secure. Parking was also never a problem. I would definitely recommend this as well as consider staying again if I find myself in Richmond again.

Church Hill is Great

Walking to great restaurants. Millies Lulu's Alewife Boathouse Oak and Apple Bookbinders Sub Rosa Bakery Pizza Bones (Poe's Pub [late night drinking]). Visiting UR. Will always stay near Shockhoe Bottom.

Cool quite spot

Nice clean place to stay close the restaurants and canal club we're we attend a show there. Parking was on the street but pretty easy going for Richmond. There are two doors for extra security we felt save in the immediate area although was a little nervous coming in from the outside areas are a little rough but once in the appt it was pretty/safe. Only minor thing is the bed was a little uncomfortable but all n all would stay again thank you

Great small but updated place in a fun neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at the Church Hill. The place was nicely decorated, updated, and in a fun location. Plenty of food options in walking distance and close to the Capital Trail for exploring. The check-in process was seamless, which I really appreciated. The only negative was the mattress was did dip in the center.

A comfortable, modern oasis with charm

Stayed at this property for an overnight while on a road-trip. Easily accessible from the highway and very close to downtown but in a residential neighborhood. The entire apartment was clean, fresh and had everything we needed. Easy to follow instructions for check-in and check-out. Host was very accommodating for a special request, and left a lovely welcome surprise that was unexpected and appreciated!!! Would definitely recommend and revisit. A++

Simply elegant and cozy

Thanks for leaving us a bottle of wine! The waterfall (I think that’s what it’s called) shower head was amazing! The decor and feel of the entire space was simply elegant! Perfect stay

Everything was exactly as described and shown in the listing. Parking was easy. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Loved the black-out curtains to cut the light from the street. There is some traffic noise but it's not bad. Really enjoyed the stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and to book another stay!

In February of 2020, I launched four vacation rentals in my mini boutique hotel, Eileen. Myself and my team believe in a guest-centered experience where hospitality comes first – we can’t wait to host you!

This building is a local gem with a captivating history. It was built around 1925 in Richmond’s oldest neighborhood, Church Hill. The first business located here was a dry goods & notions store. It has since been everything from a record store to a pool parlor. In 2018, after being abandoned for 8 years, we began the process of transforming her in to Church Hill’s mini boutique hotel, Eileen.

The renovation process was challenging but well worth it. After years of neglect, the foundation started sinking into the ground and the building developed a lean. It took two years to bring her back into action. Our team restored the foundation and preserved her historic charm. We added modern, luxe finishes that are impossible not to love. Despite all of that rehabilitation, the building held onto the tilt that she developed over the years, and that’s why we call her Eileen.

Eileen is a beauty. She now houses four separate vacation rentals, a juice bar, and a yoga studio. It’s the perfect place to relax, restore, and explore. We relish in hosting guests in such unique spaces, where each of you can add to the rich, ongoing history of Eileen.

If driving and exploring the city is more your style, we're close to all the major highways and only 5-10 minutes from downtown proper -- 20 minutes max to other city favorites like the Fan and the Museum District.

- Modern Luxury: We hate to do this to you, but you're never going to want to leave! Each apartment at Eileen is fully appointed and unique. You'll find leathered granite, mood-board-worthy tile, gorgeous fixtures, and comfortable but stylish décor. We tried to think of everything to make your stay an absolute delight.
